Fortis Downtown Resort

Fortis Downtown Resort in Badda, Dhaka truly stands out for its excellent natural ambience. The large green field and the spacious swimming pool add great charm, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or family outings. Moreover, the surroundings are peaceful and visually pleasing. However, the experience takes a dip when it comes to employee behaviour and communication. The staff seem untrained and unwelcoming, which spoils the mood rather quickly. On top of that, snacks and soft drinks are overpriced, which doesn't match the level of service provided. The resort has a very narrow parking space (10 vehicles maximum) Adding to the disappointment, the buffet menu is very limited, and even the few items available taste just average at best. While the place has a lot of natural promise, it badly needs improvements in hospitality, pricing, and food quality to truly offer a balanced resort experience. Recommended!

Service and stuff behaviour are not good. They want full payment upfront and then just ignores the service. Food quality not good. They recycle the food. For example if you have chicken tandoori for lunch. They will turn the extra into curry and serve you for dinner. Then if some curry still left then, they will mix it with lentils and serve you for breakfast. Swimming pool is nice and the rooms are also nice.

Best weekend gateway near Dhaka. Transport to this resort can not be better. Very large area, swimming pool was huge. Recommended for Day outing or Evening outing.

Visited a few months ago and had a great experience. The environment was peaceful and their buffet lunch was great. Also did zip-lining and cycle riding. So overall experience was great. But the location is very far from the main road.

A very good place for family day out. Great place to bring kids along. A very large playground loaded with different options for kids to play and get in touch with nature. The place is huge, you can have several activities with your family. Nice swimming pool. The food is also good. Not extraordinary but you will not regret it. Very much recommended for family or group day out.

Decent place for a day trip. Close to dhaka city, takes about 30-40 minutes from . Food was not that great, rooms are very pricey. The field and pool there were large and nice. There is a brand outlet for clothing - TORR.

One of the best place for daylong tour. But buffet menu needs to be standardized. I'm also want to suggest one more thing to keep foods on more distance whiches are restricted to a individual religious views.

It was a fantastic day. Nice atmosphere at Fortis. There is two field inside the resort one is very big for any kind of programme stage and other is for playing Football. The swimming pool is also good. Over all its good but the road is very narrow
