During Igloo ice cream festival. Infront of everyone one guy asked me for the pass to check timing, he has checked only mine no one else. I still had 25 minutes, I went to refill counter and ambrosia flavor was finished. They said you can take small amount of that flavor! instead of refilling how he can say that? They marketed as unlimited ice cream festival! And when our time is almost finished they refilled ambrosia flavor. First you train your staff how to communicate in a four star then you should start your business.

Had a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, and the on-site facilities like the restaurant and gym were excellent. Overall, a great balance of comfort and value. Would definitely stay here again!

Best services from the staff specially room services staff & receptionist Anisa. Thanks for the warm hospitality. However, there should be improvement for food quality. Overall good, just there was a noisy renovation sounds while it was afternoon time. Recommend hotel to stay!

Great staff especially Amol and team at breakfast on the 6th floor. They remembered our order each morning and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.|Comfortable rooms and restaurant food was good.|Wife worked very well.|Great location for exploring the city||Swimming pool could have been a little cleaner but perhaps there were less staff around during Eid period.

FARS hotel staff was the the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. They were so kind and helpful. The hotel is amazing as well. We enjoyed the open sky lounge, the bar, the pool and the massage parlor. The security at the hotel were also amazing. Every time we arrive to the hotel, they walked up to our vehicle just to escort us back inside. If I ever return to Dhaka, I will certainly stay at the FARS hotel again.

Room is excellent. I appreciate the cleanliness of the toilet. I was in room number 1104. Sufficient drinking water received per day, with a welcome fruit basket and complimentary tea/caffe.|Restaurant and food quality awesome.|Staff efficiency nice, very polite and humble manners.

Fars hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me and my friends acclimate to being in Bangladesh. They seemed truly happy to serve us and assist us. The girls at the front desk were always giving me good ideas of fun things that I could do in Dhaka. And then they would write the directions to those places in Bengali, so that I could show it to a driver to take . It was a very useful tool . I also managed to build a very good rapport with many of the staff members. Especially: Mr. Amol Dias. Fatima Maruf. Naim. Tanu. Apan Saha. Siam. Roy. Amin Polash. There were more employees that I think went above and beyond to help us, but these are the ones that I can remember the most. |-Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing. And the lunch buffet (additional cost), was good too. I also liked that the hotel has a pool, a bar, two restaurants, a massage parlor and an open sky lounge. These amenities made staying in the hotel very cozy and fun. If I ever returned to Dhaka, I will stay at Fars hotel again. |-I also really appreciate it how the security guards would always approach the rickshaws when a guest returned to the hotel. They would help with communications between the guest and the rickshaw driver and then they would escort the guests back inside safely. I found that to be very flattering. :)

Very friendly with the staff people. On Eid spl we have lots of fun, treats games etc very nice to stay and all the facilities are amazing food is very good . All the staff Tanu, TAMIM, Niyamul ,PD, Abdullah all co operated a lot with me even chefs are very nice to us
