Empyrean Hotel

Excellent experience on my short trip to Dhaka! Very good service, shout out to Nahid. The hotel is in a quiet street away from the busy centre of Dhaka. I'll be back next time I come to Dhaka. They have a cafe, restaurant, and 24/7 gym, with nice rooms.

I booked a room online. I got it on a deal from Booking.com. The booking was confirmed. The hotel first said everything is good. After realizing i booked it on a heavy discount. They called me and asked me to cancel. I cane to Dhaka from USA without a place to stay. Worst customer service. If the price was wrong on their end. They should've fixed it for the following customers. Instead they forced me to cancel my booking after everything was paid for.

Empyrean Hotel offers a great stay with excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. The location is convenient, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Food was amazing...!

A Wonderful Stay at the Empyrean Hotel I recently stayed at Empyrean Hotel for 2 weeks, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly situated right across from the Airforce base. It's just a short drive from local attractions, cafes, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. It is in a well secured and safe area. The room was beautifully designed with modern furnishings, a king-sized bed, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel has a lovely coffee shop that I took advantage of. I also had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and the variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I received a full VIP service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whether you're visiting for business or just looking for a great place to relax during your vacation, Empyrean Hotel is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay again. A special shout out to the wonderful staff, especially Ridwan, Tamana, and the Operations Manager Shahid Islam.

Everything was excellent in this hotel. Whether you're staying for leisure or business purposes, it is the BEST hotel in Dhaka. We've been to Dhaka before, and no hotel compares to Hotel Empyrean. We didn't have any stomach issues, and the restaurant is excellent. The waiter named Taz was great! The entire staff is very friendly at all times. Anis and Liza at the reception are true professionals and friends, always ready to help with anything, expecting nothing in return except that you are satisfied! Honestly, this place is simply THE BEST!! Don't hesitate to book either the Superior or the triple room, both are great! The room service is excellent! The cafe is my favorite spot in the hotel. You can hear the birds singing, and there's a view of the trees. I need silence to sleep, and I received a quiet room, for which I am very grateful. If I return to Dhaka, I will gladly stay at this hotel with my husband again. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. Truly a professional and friendly team!!! 10/10

We recently stayed at Empyrean Dhaka City Centre and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to their Presidential Suite, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a unique view of the nearby aviation area. Watching helicopters and small planes take off and land was unexpectedly enjoyable and added a unique charm to our stay. The rooftop restaurant, "Sauce and Spice," provided a great ambiance with an even better view of the city and the aviation activities. Food-wise, some dishes stood out more than others. The Mutton Rogan Josh was exceptional--highly recommended. We also enjoyed the Fish Finger, which had great presentation and taste. While the Bhuna Khichuri Beef was delightful on the first night, it felt inconsistent when we ordered it again. The Chicken Dopiaza didn't impress us much, and unfortunately, the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani wasn't available during our visit. Room service was available 24/7, which was a big plus, and their responsiveness, even at odd hours, was commendable. For tea lovers, it's worth noting that they only offered English breakfast tea, which was a bit of a letdown for us. We missed having a more traditional Dhaka-style tea, something we hope they consider adding in the future. Another notable aspect was the accommodation for smokers. The smoking-friendly policy was convenient, with designated areas in the lobby, rooftop, and even our room. The suite itself was thoughtfully designed with a spacious bathroom and mirror walls, which added a touch of elegance. Small amenities like bathrobes, a microwave, and a mini fridge were appreciated, though we would have liked more hangers in the closet for our clothes. The staff were friendly and attentive. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the restaurant staff made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, it was a memorable two-night stay. Lovely rooms and bathrooms, staff are all so helpful and professional. It's not close to any shops but it is a quiet area and you can get to a few tourist attractions, can get an Uber or cng to Gulshan to enjoy restaurants, shopping and coffee. About 15 mins.

Went there for dinner. Location and environment are very good, but the toilets are very bed smelled. Food are tested good, but of fewer choices and very common dishes only.
