I had the worst buffet experience ever in my life. The wait to get more food was ridiculously long and the staff service was very poor. They were not provided enough fans for all the tables. We did not enjoy our food at all. I expected much better food quality and service from them. They definately deserve a -10 rating.

A lovely hotel, amenities and all present from an outsider perspective as well as indoors. Although the TV needs to be maintained, smarttv should be there in deluxe and large rooms not just super deluxe rooms.
