Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan by IHG

I had an amazing experience with Crown Plaza Dhaka. Staffs of its front desk are incredibly friendly and supportive especially Miss Mehjabin and Mr. Farhan who provided us extra care. Breakfast was also delicious but comparing other 5 stars hotel, item quantity could be more. The location of the hotel are also perfect for people who wants shopping as the biggest shopping mall, Jamuna Furniture Park is nearby where one can get everything under one roof. We did lot of shopping there before leaving Dhaka. The room size of Crown Plaza was standard with a living space which was properly clean. Only the downside was the walking shower floor which I think needs improvement and should well maintained. Also the swimming pool area should be well decorated to make it more attractive. I would recommend hotel management to improve the room interior to attract guest. However, I highly recommend this hotel which is value for money.

Usually hotels do not go out of the way to help the guests. I can say this from personal experience that staff at this Crowne Plaza Residence go out of their way to help the staff. The politeness and patience is in every staff from front desk, to F&B to housekeeping. All of them speak a respectable level of English. I still remember the staff names by heart, ie. Raihan, Riyad, Mahjabin, Emran and Nazrul because everyone of them help me everyday. I cannot say more than this is the only hotel that I will stay at during my next visit to Bangladesh. The rooms are excellent and spacious.

This is my go to hotel in Dhaka. Its a little pricier than some other places, but the quality of the rooms and decor make up for it. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I would especially recognize Isha in the restaurant on the 24th floor. She goes out of her way to get to know the quests and by day 2 was calling me by name. The biggest problem is the lack of a bar. They have a fantastic place on the top floor with a patio overlooking the city. Apparently its a restaurant, but I have never been there. It would be an amazing evening spot for cocktails. As an international property, they need to cater to international guests.

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Dhaka Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, spacious, and offered stunning views of the gulshan 2 circle. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. The Flair restaurant is an perfect choice for multi cuisines, but if you looking for view I will suggest you to visit The Beast restaurant which is in level 26. The location of the hotel is just at the heart of gulshan 2 circle so its convenient for any kinda meeting and events. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who looking for a staycation or business trip.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, very clean, and the view from my window was just beautiful.I absolutely loved it. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, especially the front desk, who made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious too. I am really grateful for the wonderful hospitality and would definitely love to stay again.

This Was My Second Stay At Crowne Plaza, Gulshan Dhaka. As Usual The Stay Was Very Pleasant. To My Satisfaction, The Hotel Has Dedicated Smoking Floors. The Breakfast Buffet Spread Was Quite Lavish. The Staff As Usual Was Very Friendly And Cooperative. Being My Second Visit, Most Of Them Immediately Recognized Me. Ms. Isha As Usual Was Always Smiling And Took Care During The Breakfast, Not To Mention The Other Members At The Dinning. The Front Office Executives, People Manning The Gates Were Always Cordial, Helpful And Jovial. Also, Has A Pleasant Surprise During Check In, Being An IHG Member. A Personalized Welcome Note And A Platter Was On My Table In The Room. Much Appreciated. However, I Feel The Food Rates Are Very Expensive Which Needs To Be Addressed Immediately. Overall Good Experience.

Our three-member team had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza, the best hotel in Dhaka; for 15 days, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with top-notch hospitality by the best staff--warm, professional, and always attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with every corner squeaky clean and well-maintained. The food was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious dishes that exceeded both our and our guests' expectations daily. We also enjoyed access to all the best amenities, ensuring both comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Overall, this was an unparalleled experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and seamless stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days. This hotel has two buildings, tower and residence. The tower is located near the circle, so it is noisy all the time. But the residence is located 5-minute drive from the circle, so it is quiet. We stayed at the residence. The staff were so kind, and attentive. Especially, our room #404's housekeeper named Nagrul was friendly and dilligent. So, we enjoyed staying there for 15 days. Definetelly, we will be back to this hotel in the future.
