Chargings Ports are not in good place. Wash room looks good but was not clean. Buffet breakfast was not upto the mark. Food was cold and option was not that much.

A very cosy, quiet place near the airport to stay at! The people gave us almost everything we needed except for some very minor issues which are negligible. They have an Airport pickup and drop-off service so it will be a secure place to stay for the foreign visitors. All the staff here behaved with the utmost generosity that can't be described in words. They have apartments with 3 separate rooms with a dining, kitchen, and sitting room. One can purchase the whole apartment or can share the rooms with other people too. The only drawback here is the sharing part so if you are planning to stay for 3/4 days I would suggest purchasing the whole apartment instead of sharing! Overall this place is great!

I could say it has, one of the best places to stay. Their rooms are proper and well maintained. I had only one problems in my room, that is. Lock problems in my room. Their service is really appreciated. They even shifted me to new room because of that lock problems. In above they have a restaurant, tbh the price of the food is costly and One major thing I not liked is "we should pay to even get a water". It would be nice if the water cost would be included in restaurant itself.

Price is much higher than the service. Especially, Food price is excessive high. I stayed on a suite, which costed me 5k for a night but there were no complimentary tea/coffee services and no welcome fruit basket in the room and furthermore, I didn't get the buffet breakfast. One or few table lamps didn't work. Their rooftop is beautiful.

In a word, I like this hotel. Their food is okay not huge tasty but fresh. No swimming pool but there is an awesome rooftop restaurant, which is decorated nicely! Hotel service is good, close to airport. They have pick-up drop service also. Simple but secured!

It is clean and a nice place to stay as well as a nearby airport location, all over a good standing transportation , The staff behaviour attracted me. Wish them a successful prospect.

This hotel is a scam! Never book here and do not waste your money. To start with very unprofessional rude staff, and the hotel was very dirty and rooms had used tissues in the floor from previous guests! The bathrooms were very dirty and unhygienic to use! There were no toiletries provided, no shampoo or soap! They also didn't provide spare sponges or slippers. When we asked for toiletries the staff didn't promptly provide us, later they bought cheap local soap and gave us! Extremely disappointed! We ordered dinner for the night, and the food they provided us was extremely unhealthy, probably days old and was uneatable, and they charged us about $100 for that! This was a joke! We booked rooms with breakfast and upon checkin we told the receptionist that we will check out tomorrow morning early due to flight so please have breakfast ready for us, but the next morning when we went to the dining area it was closed and the staff were sleeping! Later when we told the receptionist, he told us that it was small mistake of theirs! Can you image it? This place is a complete scam! After all this extremely bad experiences when orderd some water, they said they will charge us for water! Long story short, never stay here and do not waste your money! People should report this place to the police or authority for scaming general public. This hotel should be banned!

The staff are attentive and service good. Hot water readily available too .... and if you've been in Dhaka enough times, you will realise that at times, you've got to run a lot of water before the hot water appears !||||The hotel is away from the main rosd which means peaceful sleep. Bufet breakfast is basic but adequate.||||Airport pick up: they engage a good agent and the car was there in a timely manner.||||Gym: open 24/7 and underutilised, which is great !
