Ambassador Hotel

Stayed here with family for a few days. Great basic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and quick service. Helped us with every request we had. Room service food was good, decent breakfast. Hotel is very clean. Would definitely recommend for foreign travellers looking for a place to stay near the airport.

Wanna know why I gave 1*? Let me tell you why, 1. No parking place of their own 2. Wrong rooms 3. Transparent toilets 4. Almost all staffs (4) has no idea what they need to do. 5. They don't have even CCTV installed and it's 2025 tomorrow. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 consisting 2 King sized bed and 1 consisting 2 normal bed. The cost was total 11K (5K advanced) for one night for 8 people. We used booking.com. First thing first, they have no parking facility in the hotel, either you have to park your vehicle on roadside parking or they will take you to a different place away from the hotel to park the vehicle. They don't have parking facility of their own. After parking the vehicle we wanted to use the elevator, guess what it was degraded and in a state of decay; so we had to walk by the narrow stairs up to 6th floor. (3rd and 4th floor was under construction, looked like a horror film in darkness) We had to use mobile's flash while using the stairs. We wouldn't mind if it was the end. After check in we got a surprise that one room was right (2 beds) but the another was not (only 1 king sized bed). (To mention that every room has a weird closed room type smell and mosquitoes on top of that, so we asked for air fresheners & they gave a air freshener which became empty after using a while) Anyway, they wanted to exchange the room with a downgrade one consisting 2 beds which we refused because of the weird smell and then after long conversation they accepted that they exchanged our room with another guest. And gave us 3k back. Imagine going through all this hustles only to stay there for only few hours. If it was not night (11pm) and a matter of only few hours we would change our hotel immediately. To be honest, I would not write this type of so long review until I found that the toilet door is transparent enough to see inside and out. One can easily see from the outside what's going on the toilet Can't believe this? I have attaced a pic here, look you can easily see the toilet from outside, so you can from the inside. (I showed this to the manager too) Finally, can't forgot to mentioned that they gave towels in the bathroom which were very very rough one can easily say that they were previously used and then washed The only good thing is that it's near to airport, otherwise we would never select this place. Never book any hotel seeing it's typical online reviews which lacks detailed information. Finally, for Allah's sake don't go to this hotel. Our check in time 10pm 30th Dec 2024 , check out time 6am 31st Dec 2024.

Toilet compet was broken. I couldn't sleep it was so nosey outside, not shower towel. Not even single room service came to ask if we needed anything The phone line was dead.

If you want waste your money you can come in, very bad room service.

The hotel is very good and very good. Every stop and use is very good. The hotel is very good.
