Amazing hotel and feels like home . Very friendly staffs . I stayed here for 20 days however they had a full booking and I was forced out with a 2 days notice. Must try the food , they have one of the best chef ever.

Very good service and value for money....they also have pick n drop services.... recommended.

This is a good residential hotel & restaurant. All of staff is very good & service is excellent. Room is very nice.There have buffet breakfast complementary for all of residential guest. There have lot of food Italian,Chinese, bangla, indian.All of food is very delicious. So all of guy please go to the hotel & enjoy with everything.

Nice place to stay. Isolated and placed in residential area. Room service is good. Complimentary breakfast should provide fruits and desserts. The room they provide contain sound because they were doing drilling in the neighbouring wall. Bathtub drain didn't have any stopper. There is no parking facility. Hope the Amazon lily authority will take proper initiative.

Well decorated interior design. Clean and nice colorful decoration. Lot's of artificial flowers with leaves can be seen in dining room. Food quality and taste is good. The space of the lift is minimum but smooth enough. IT related logistics have some limitations. Staff are well behaved and helpful.

The hotel is 3 star only on the 3rd floor, all the other floors are not worthy of stars. The food was palatable but no more than that. Breakfast choice wasn't great, and say you decided to become adventurous and give room service a go, you might find that they can't or don't have a lot of the items listed on the menu. The price of the menu doesn't match the standard of food served, its way too expensive. Waiters and porters are polite and responsive, the level of English is good. The duty manager, Jakaraya is a friendly chap and responds well to feedback.

I did not enjoy my experience at this hotel pleasant, from start to finish it was awful. Best Western do not have any affiliation with this hotel, even though their logo is displayed at their reception desk. This hotel is operated by La Vinci hotel. La Vinci is a good hotel managed by Best Western International. The Front Desk Clerk was having lunch when I wanted to check in, which was not very welcoming. He was not sure about what type of room I was in so he checked me in to what was available, which was not a good room. The bathroom was awful but the room was clean and the bed was specious and comfortable. Food is average and expensive. Was it worth PS30-35 per night? Yes I guess it is as this is a fair price for a hotel in Gulshan. The rooftop is lovely and the best part of this hotel is all the big lobby areas which overlook the river. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Reception staff were OK, one man used to work in La Vinci who recognised me and gave me a very warm welcome each morning and I thank him for that!
