Aronnonibash Eco Resort

This resort is a great value for budget-minded individuals seeking a tranquil escape from the city. Bachelors will find it a very affordable option. Families, however, might find the standard amenities and atmosphere less suitable for their needs. However, a critical issue must be noted: rainwater leakage into the rooms through the dish cable hole and roof. This significant problem overshadows any potential cost savings and should be a major consideration for anyone considering a stay here.

We went there with least expectations as we missed our last moment favourite resort while planning to visit Sreemangal with friends. And;suddenly we noticed this resort and luckily the rooms were available. This resort is not exactly at Sreemangal; ,almost 30 minutes far from Sreemangal. but near from Bhanugach rail station. We took a cng from the station and it took around 15/20 minutes to reach there as this belong to some remote area.. But; with least expectations; this place amazed us. we loved the swimming pool.. though the room we booked was a bit small than we anticipated. Also; I found the foods a bit pricy as well. But the area was secured enough. Overall; we loved that place. and good place to hang out with friends and family.

Room was very small. Ac was not working properly. Food was not up to the mark. Food taste could be better. Service was good. Location is really far.

Extremely disappointing experience! The staff, including the manager, were very rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. Their attitude was unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. On top of that, the resort was in a terrible state--dirty rooms, poorly maintained surroundings, and a clear lack of proper management. Basic hygiene and cleanliness seemed to be ignored, making the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, we expected much better service and facilities. Unfortunately, this place does not live up to its promises. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Avoid at all cost.This is the worst resort in sylhet. The manager is quite rude. We wanted to play badminton and the manager did not allow us because the time was 10:40pm. He mentioned that it makes a lot of noise. However, some other guest were playing high volume music and partying till 2am at night. I feel like they only priorities some guest over the other ones for whom they could easily bend all rules. We wanted to check out at 8:30 am in the morning but there was none in the reception. All the stuffs were sleeping and we had to wait 30 mins to get us checked out just because they were sleeping. The road that leads to the resort is very rough.

House or rooms were mot properly clean. The bad sheet or covers were dirty. But The view was amazing. Good foods and good vibes.

I will discuss the individual ratings below. Please note, this will be my personal opinion and the info might change while you are going to visit as the management informed that there are upcoming changes on the resort premises and procedures. Rooms Rooms are smaller than the usual rooms you find at any resort or hotels. Surprisingly, there are few rooms with two common bathrooms!! This is unusual for any resorts or hotels. So while booking any rooms check with the officials for what kind of room you are getting. I stayed on the tower and it included an attached bathroom. The water heater was working and there was TV and Air-conditioning. There was no in room tea or other beverages or snacks except a bottle of water. Service The people available for service are not trained for a resort like this and one of the owners agreed while having a conversation. The manager and the owner were really well mannered but usually they are not the ones who will be serving you. The service people complained some guests had too much food so there was a food shortage for breakfast!! The served some worst fried rice and chicken items without any refills at breakfast but some family like us didn't get any food at all and they blamed on other groups for eating too much . We ordered tea and it has to be served at the dining which is at least 100 meters from some rooms. Location The place is remote and its good from some perspectives but its too remote from any nearby markets or simple local grocery shops. The road is confusing if you are following google maps but they have indications on the road. There is a private road which is a killer for your car even with good ground clearance. Food Tea I have already talked about but breakfast was the worst but they said they will improve it. Dinner would be with a limited selection of choices and expensive. The nearest big market is Shamshernagar with good restaurants but it is around 9-10 km from the place so good luck if you don't have your own transportation. On average I would recommend this place as a last option to stay as we had but they are new in this business and will be improving in the near future.

Good experiences, their behaviour was too professional and well-manured. Place was good, though it was pricey, the taste of the was good. The hobbits are not too spacey. But they had geysers. Other tourist spots are too far from the place. But safe for couples.
