From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the serene beauty and the deep connection this place has with nature. It was an amazing hotel. The service from all the staff was outstanding, and the facilities were very well-equipped. Guests can use the pool, gym, yoga sessions, sound healing, sauna, and hot springs for free. During the happy hour from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, if you order one cocktail, you get another one free, which truly made me happy! My stay in the room was peaceful and comfortable, surrounded by various amenities. I was especially impressed by the complimentary sea salt and bubble bath services. In particular, Pramana-san's wonderful hospitality and warm smile made me feel very relaxed. This is a hotel I would love to visit again.

Ulaman truly lives up to its name--what a magical place. Our room was absolutely stunning, perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, was exceptional. We loved every moment of our stay!

I absolutely loved Ulaman the resort is stunning, the spa is beautiful, and the yoga class was fantastic. The staff were truly amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. However, the big downside for me was the food. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, the meals were disappointing well below average which really surprised me given the high standard of everything else at the resort. There was also some construction work going on during our stay, which made it quite noisy. Of course, that's understandable and not entirely avoidable. Overall, the place itself is incredible, but the dining experience definitely needs improvement. REPLY TO YOU : Thank you for your reply. I find it quite disappointing that your staff didn't communicate the issue properly. In fact, I was given a few small chocolates as an apology for the food I did not eat at diner the bread that came with my curry was rock solid and I couldn't even bite in it the tacos had no taste and I even left a tip. Lunch time I did not want to complain and at breakfast, I only had two spoonfuls of my bowl it was a gooey green mixture with an unpleasant taste and the pastry felt like it was expired. I'm sorry but the reality is that I barely touched my plate for breakfast lunch and diner. I genuinely appreciated the retreat and spa but the food experience did not meet my expectation and I wouldn't lie about it check you cameras.

We had an amazing time at Ulaman Resort! If you're looking for a peaceful escape away from the crowds, this is the perfect spot. Their villas are absolutely stunning--so unique and beautifully designed! Waking up to the sounds of birds and being surrounded by nature creates such a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The fact that they remembered our names made the experience feel even more special. If you ever get the chance to stay here, we highly recommend it!

Beautiful rooms but the overall hotel is a little overrated and overpriced, in my opinion. This is the first "luxury" hotel I've stayed in that was neither peaceful nor serene, which is also something you'd expect from a so called "nestled in the jungle" location. I had the most expensive room and not only are the rooms very poorly insulated from sound (you can hear your neighbors, the restaurant goers, the construction workers, etc) but the front desk will disturb you, and that puts it politely as it felt like harassment, every hour, on the hour, for unwarranted things. The phone would ring during my meetings, during my meditations, during my dining, during my videos and content creation, etc. I have never felt more disturbed at a "luxury" hotel and it makes me very suspicious of upper management / the owner and the instructions they are providing to their workers. The staff are extremely nice, sometimes overly nice, as most Balinese people are. This is not a slight to them. This is a slight to management. A luxury hotel is supposed to accommodate me when I need them. Not attempt to anticipate every minor need I have to the extent it's extremely rude and disturbing. I even had someone walk into my room without knocking. It's unfortunate because the rooms are beautiful, and the drinks were pretty good, but I felt more disturbed than relaxed here, unfortunately.
