Jannata Resort and Spa Ubud

We came for a family wedding and our stay was incredible! The resort is simply beautiful and magical with all it has to offer. Every staff member we had contact with was gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Tini, Ari, Wahyu, & Diyu were wonderful!! Our room was more than we could imagine and the views from our deck amazing. Oh and the food was superb. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort.

Very pretty boutique hotel with especially very nice staff and such nice service. We were before for 1 week in Grand Hyatt Bali and really had a perfect stay there but here we didn't miss anything as well. We felt like home here and the staff is always so friendly and nice to our kids. We really felt absolutely comfortable here from day 1 to day 6 just really nice place with a very good view and a very good restaurant as well. Perfect breakfast! And also in the evening very nice. Everyone should try a stay here.

What an amazing place! We got married at Jannata on the 12th April 2025 and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. Yuni the wedding planner was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly on the day. The rest of the staff were incredible too, not just on the wedding day but throughout our entire stay. We had quite a large wedding for the resort with 29 guests attending, but all of the rooms were perfect, and the staff honestly can't do enough for you! We couldn't have chose a better wedding venue for our destination wedding and it was definitely worth travelling all the way from the UK for. We will definitely be visiting again in the future for an anniversary, couldn't recommend this place enough!

I recently stayed at this resort and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. The room was spotless and very comfortable - with a cozy bed, great lighting, and all the amenities I could ask for. The view from my window was stunning and added a special touch to my stay. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged, and the service was top-notch. One of the highlights was the resorts infinity pool !! I also loved the peaceful atmosphere despite being so central. All in all, this resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, quality, and great service. My stay at Jannata Resort & Spa was so great was beyond my expectations! I booked it for my birthday and the entire staff made my stay and my birthday feel so special! They were very welcoming, attentive to all my needs and even surprised me with Happy birthday messages in the form of flower petals on my bed and flower bath - not to mention the surprised birthday cake! From the nourishing and delicious breakfasts, to the free morning yoga sessions, the gorgeous views of the lush green jungle, the infinity pool and the wide array of activities available such as special events at the resort (Lunar New Year Celebration for instance) or outside for sightseeing in and around Ubud, it felt like a paradise (even with the fact that there was construction happening by the pool as they are renovating the restaurant area). An amazing experience I will treasure for the rest of my life! I would love to name all of you who made my stay so wonderful but I know I will probably omit certain names so I want to make sure you all know how amazing you were! Suksma!

Fantastic stay at Jannata Resort. We stayed in the Pool Villa with Hammock and it was lovely. Amazing views from our own private pool. Staff were all so kind and helpful, the free 60 minute massage was perfect too. The location is a little out the way, but the free shuttle & easy taxi via reception made that not an issue at all. Thank you to all the staff.

Our honeymoon at Jannata resort was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views of Ubud. The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. And the spa! Without a doubt, it's the best on the entire island. The massages and treatments left us feeling completely rejuvenated. We especially recommend booking a couple's massage followed by a romantic flower bath-it's such a dreamy and intimate experience that we'll always remember. This resort is a paradise for couples, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic getaway!
