Absolutely Phenomenal Stay at Cicada Luxury Resort by Marriott! Our experience at the Cicada Luxury Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine care and top-notch service. Our private pool villa was a dream - beautifully appointed with breathtaking views of the lush jungle. It truly felt like our own secluded paradise. The culinary experience was also exceptional. Every meal was a delight, showcasing the high quality and attention to detail the resort offers. What truly set the Cicada apart, however, was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered, from the welcoming check-in team and attentive managers to the meticulous housekeeping and the delightful restaurant staff, were genuinely caring and sweet. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, arranging special touches like a stunning floating breakfast and a relaxing flower bath. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to all the wonders of Ubud. Surprisingly, we even found ourselves enjoying the tranquility and beauty of our villa more than our previous stay at the Mandapa Ritz. For the level of luxury, service, and overall experience, the Cicada offers incredible value for the money. We are already dreaming of our return and wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional resort to anyone seeking a truly special escape in Ubud. We stayed at Cicada Resort Bali for 3 nights in one of the villas. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. The villa was great with a perfect pool. We had an issue the first night (rooster crowing), and the team was really helpful and changed our villa. The food was amazing (tea time, breakfast, and dinner). The team is very attentive, smiling, caring, and nice. It was a pleasure staying there, and we'd 100% recommend it to family and friends...

The stay at Cicada was very comfortable. Everyone is welcome, especially the house keeping Adi who made extra effort to keep our stay memorable. The villa is beautiful and view is stunning. Daily activities are well organised, our tour guide boys were excellent and very friendly. ||The breakfast choice is amazing and each dish is well prepared. The dinner in the main restaurant is ok, but seafood seasoning is a bit strange. ||Spa is average, the menu description was a bit misleading. there are definitely better options in Ubud.

Without a doubt, this was the finest hospitality I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted with a refreshing color-changing welcome drink and a cold towel. The check-in process was truly a step above the usual. Instead of waiting in line for the next available representative, I was invited to sit down, relax with my drink, and listen as a staff member shared information about the property while gathering my details. My accommodation was not only spotless but also beautifully furnished and very spacious, I was unbelievably fortunate to have stayed in one of their Villa's. What truly made the experience special was the welcome I received from every member of the Cicada team. Everyone I had met before made a point to greet me by name. Over the six days I spent there, it began to feel less like a resort stay and more like visiting old friends. The meals were outstanding, and the pride the chefs took in their presentation really showed. The grounds are carefully maintained, and the views of the forest during the day and in the early evening are absolutely breathtaking. I cannot recommend the people or this resort more highly. I am already looking forward to coming back and seeing everyone again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Cicada Hotel Ubud! The service and friendliness of the staff were truly beyond expectations -- they made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. I spend 3 beautiful and unforgettable nights at Cicada Resort. I stayed at the pool villa, huge and with a stunning jungle view. The place is surrounded by nature, features 5 stars service, high quality food, great spacious room with heated pool (that was so good during the evening) and a one of a kind Spa. Get a massage, the therapists are so so good! Free coffee / tea during the afternoon. It's also conveniently located near temples and beautiful rice paddies. Big thanks to Mr Angga to make this happen and assist me to organize my stay to perfection. A 10/10 experience!

An absolute gem of a hotel! Truly deserving of 5 stars. The staff was incredible and every detail was perfectly planned. The rooms were large, well designed, and well maintained. The service was extremely fast anytime we needed anything extra. The breakfast was unlimited al e carte which was very good and they were accommodating of food allergies. We had some pretty misleading hotel stays in Bali before this but I can truly say they redeemed our view of Bali and are deserving of 5 stars!

We booked on Marriott Bonvoy. This is the hotel you should experience in Ubud - or even all of Bali. I've stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but Cicada far exceeded my expectations. For the price, the experience is truly 11/10. The breakfast and lunch were unforgettable - incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The cutlery and plates are unique and Balinese. Everything at Cicada is well-organized and seamless from the moment you arrive. The staff are warm, welcoming, and exceptionally patient. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Lalu, and his amazing team. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering personal recommendations for local food spots and places to explore nearby. Thank you Ayu and everyone. Words can't capture how good our experience was. We felt Cicada is a hidden gem that truly deserves a try.
