From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing staff ,special Okta & Nando ,who made my stay so memorable! Your kindness and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. I can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

One of the best experiences so far in Bali. Exceptional hospitality thanks to exceptional Team, incredibly attentive and proactive. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. And thank you to our favourite lady boss for a beautiful present on our checkout. It was a beautiful touch. Fantastic views and location (15 min walk to the most impressive temple in Sebatu where you can go for purification), grest breakfast, impeccable services including transfer and overall, and cleanliness. We will be back.
Love the quiet ambience with an awesome view from the outdoor pool. The warm greetings from friendly staff were genuine. We were glad that we were given a free mini walk around the village to a nearby waterfall. The walk itself was challenging. Going through winding roads with steep hills and staircase ro reach the waterfall. It took us almost 2 hours to come back. But it was worth it. Refreshing morning walk. Recommended place of retreat for couples.
give these stars only because the view from room 901 is amazing, and the employees are very kind, especially those who are there to carry luggage or clean. It is not a resort for the picky, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired (windows not wiped, mirrors not wiped, shelves full of something, I don't know exactly what it is, the internet works quite poorly, sometimes not at all) the food is cheap, but I think it is a problem in the kitchen (the food does not come all at once). The girls at the service are very kind and nice, but I think the resort has management problems and tourists who are on vacation, do not need excuses all the time, but as I said, good luck with the view from the room and the bathroom that you could have left without a wall.
Stayed here for tonight just to enjoy the nature and the cold place and weather. The staff are polite and helpful, maybe the room can be brighter. The nature is awesome, take note if staying here, at night not many activities can do.
I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this resort. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, that's a good choice. We had a room with the private pool, we enjoyed every moment of the stay. The resort is located on different levels, so prepare to walk up and down the stairs. We didn't mind having some exercises before breakfast, but it might be a challenge for some people. We got balinese massages at the resort, our experience was also very pleasant. As for the food: many complain here that the western food is awful, I disagree. It indeed lacks salt and pepper, but not to the extend that you need to move to another place. The Indonesian menu in the resort tasted really -really good. If you miss the western style cooking, there is another restaurant just across the street which was good for dinner. What we also liked is that it's not a boring location. You can actually walk around to the waterfall or to the temple, there is a glass factory close by where they make the souvenir vases (sold all around Bali). Also, I would like to mention the service: people are very nice and friendly, trying to help in the best way they can. Some of them don't speak good English, but they really try to be helpful.
This resort is so nearly perfect but for the price they're charging, there really shouldn't be anything missing which is why I would only rate this place 3/5. There are definitely better resorts in the area.|The positives - we had a huge room which was clean and airy, a fabulous private plunge pool looking into the valley, and a decent sized garden where we were able to do yoga each morning.|The staff are amazing, from the first check in with Egi until the last day check-out, they are friendly and cheerful and can't do enough for you. I hope the owner appreciates what a great team he has.|The location is good if you want rural tranquillity away from all the tourists and influencers in Teggalalang, but the rice terraces and plenty of waterfalls and temples are within easy 15-20 minutes ride by motorbike. Ubud is probably 30 mins if you're luck with traffic.||The not so good:|The food is pretty average, we had breakfast here each morning and while the staple nasi and mee Goreng were OK, everything else we saw or tried tasted old, reheated and not prepared with much care. This put us off having dinner here, plus the fact that the only drinks they could offer was Bintang. Don't get me wrong,I LOVE Bintang, but in. AUD300 per night hotel you must be able to offer your guests a glass of wine at least.|Second, the shared pool. This is such a wasted space. It's right at the bottom of the resort, so plenty of steps, but it's a great infinity pool with fab views. Unforch at the pool there are no towels, what looks like it was intended to be a bar is now a storage area for cleaning equipment, there's no staff or phone to order drinks or food. So unless you want to cart everything down there with you (including your Bintangs) you woildnt bother.|Pro-tip - if you do stay here, the Ecolodge next door has an amazing restaurant called Evicurious. We ate here three times, the food and service are amazing - if you want to stay in this area, five this place a try.|So advice to the owners - clean up the pool area, put in a fridge and have someone able to provide towels and drinks, maybe even some gentle bali music. And update your menu, get in some wines and basic drinks like gin and tonic. You'll have much happier guests, and you'll make a lot more money because people will spend time at your restaurant.|
Peaceful cozy nature, but Makesure you get room near reception if you have leg or knees problems to avoid climbing so much stairs
