Review:||We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning and meticulously maintained grounds. The staff were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered -- genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived.||Our room was exceptional: spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more memorable.||To top it all off, we booked a photo session with The Dreams Studio Bali, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. August and Mary were fantastic to work with -- professional, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The photos turned out stunning -- we had such a hard time choosing our favourites!||Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in Bali. A perfect ending to our honeymoon.

We came here for 8 nights and what a great hotel. We had been to Bali a couple of times before but not this hotel. We came here and celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary having originally got married in Bali. The hotel has everything you need and the room amenities are superb. The grounds and pool areas are well kept. What makes the place so special are the staff. We cannot single out any particular member as it would be unfair, the whole team are so friendly. On the day of our anniversary so many staff made us more than welcome. Infact the welcome you get from the Balinese surpasses anything you will experience anywhere in the world. If you are thinking of coming to Bali make sure you choose the Laguna as you will not be disappointed.

We had the most amazing stay at the Laguna. Besides it being stunning in every way, the staff are the absolute making of this hotel. Every single interaction we had was delightful. The team make it clear they sincerely want you to have a perfect stay, nothing is too much trouble, and they provide exceptional service whilst being the right level of informal and friendly. |The hotel is clean, perfectly maintained and beautiful in terms of greenery. The salt pools are so plentiful that it never feels busy. Same goes for the beach, beds are spaced out so you're not on top of each other and we never had a problem getting a spot. |The spa is divine, treatments amazing, I loved my massage therapist Mersi so much I booked her again! |Concierge were helpful and informative and really made you feel like nothing was too much trouble. |Food was delicious everywhere we ate at the hotel, with great selection to choose from. |We loved renting the bicycles too, so fun! |5 star all day long. We stayed at Laguna for 4 days family trip and it was definitely the best stay in Bali. Everything starting from the room to the Amenities to the staff was wonderful. The resort is very family friendly and almost a home away from home.||Angel, Agus and Deva were very very courteous and friendly. They made our stay in the resort even more wonderful. The resort also provides photography by Dreams studio bali. The host Mary is such a beautiful and generous lady who helped us right from booking the photo session according to our convince to delivering us our final photo album. She gave us the best memories from Bali and a special shout out to the photographer Mardi who was very friendly and at the same time very professional which made the photo session fun and comfortable.||||Thank you Laguna and each and every member of Laguna for making our vacation so special and memorable.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay at The Luxury Laguna Resort! From the moment we arrived at The Luxury Laguna Resort, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of unparalleled hospitality. The service was truly outstanding - every single staff member, from the front entrance and check-in to our dedicated butler for on-site transportation, our wonderful housekeeper, and the incredible food & beverage team, was super friendly and made us feel right at home in our spacious and impeccably clean villa. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the birthday dinner. It was a truly brilliant experience, a culinary journey crafted by the renowned Chef Alex Chong. This 5-course contemporary meal was a masterpiece, featuring fresh, regional, and sustainably-sourced ingredients. The focus on balance and healthy eating was evident in every dish, and the two-week aged duck as the main protein was cooked to absolute perfection. It wasn't just a meal; it felt like a celebration of life itself. The experience culminated in a dessert that was as thoughtful as it was delicious. The interplay of sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy elements beautifully symbolized the different facets of life. What made it even more special was that this moment coincided perfectly with the Earth Hour event, adding a unique and memorable touch to an already extraordinary evening. The Luxury Laguna Resort truly lives up to its name. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and unforgettable culinary experiences makes it a top-tier destination. I can't wait to return!

It was our first holiday in Bali. And we select Laguna Resort. The decision was more than correct! It was amazing the feeling in this resort, we spent the complete holiday, 13 days only in this Resort. The price is for sure not favorable, but you receive the best service in a great place. The service and the effort of the personnel is amazing!

Subrata makes the best drinks and Sapphire Bar is fantastic! We had a really nice lunch and drinks. Everything was wonderful and we will be back again very soon to enjoy everything again! I would recommend this location to everyone to visit if you are staying or visiting the Laguna Resort and Spa at the Luxury Collection.

Booked Nusa Dua Beach Resort Handwritten Collection all exclusive through luxury escapes.|All inclusive it is not, you will need to paid for all drinks (including water) with your meals food only is supplied. You do get a window of free drinks package 3 - 6pm at two bars only however service is so slow do not expect to get more than a couple of drinks in this free time slot.|The Resort grounds are lovely and room was fine, however Resort is under construction is some parts which was not mentioned when booking.
