What a stunning hotel. This feels like a hidden oasis compared to the craziness of Kuta. The pool area and pool bar are lovely, we tried all the restaurants attached and can't fault any of them. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful with lots of choice. The spa is luxurious with great masseuses. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The only issue we had was with the door key but that was resolved. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Kuta.

Everything was so well-prepared and delicious, from the fresh pastries to the savory dishes -- I always left the table completely satisfied. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the view. Waking up to that stunning panorama each morning felt like a dream. Whether it was the sunrise lighting up the sky or the calm evening colors, the scenery was simply to die for. Sitting by the window or out on the balcony with a cup of coffee felt surreal. The combination of comfort, great food, and breathtaking views made this hotel stay unforgettable. I'd go back in a heartbeat -- it's the kind of place that makes you never want to leave.

The atmosphere over here was the best. The room services given to us by the Hotel Ramayana were too good. All the staff is very loving. The breakfast served by the hotel was very tasty. The surrounding area is just very nice for clicking photos. All together it was a great experience.

The room service team was also fantastic, always attentive and friendly. The kitchen was very well maintained, and the resort's natural environment added to the overall relaxing experience. The reception staff was exceptional, showing great respect and warm hospitality throughout my stay. The room service team was equally impressive--attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the swimming pool was particularly enjoyable. 5 stars for waffle maker! 5 stars for eggs station shef! 5 stars for pool attendant! After ling travelling during check in guests couldnbe offered for a hot drink or water. Especially when needed to wait for a room a few hours. While the breakfast was initially appealing, the repetitive menu became monotonous after several days. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, although the rooms could benefit from some minor renovations. Following a special occasion, a gratuity was left with a request for a small, thoughtful gesture; however, the money been taken, and the request was unfulfilled. Furthermore, during breakfast, staff solicited 5-star reviews by scanning a code and directly inputting the rating on guests' phones, which was an unusual practice.
