Merusaka Nusa Dua

Gorgeous resort with everything you could possibly need. Staff are friendly, polite and attentive. The resort is large with many guests but still very quiet and peaceful. Recommend booking an all inclusive package. Very good value. Rooms are clean and very spacious, beds are huge!

3/5 - Mixed Experience, Room for Improvement We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, booking two pool access rooms. Upon check-in, we discovered that only one room had a king-sized bed, while the other had two singles pushed together--apparently no other rooms were available. The receptionist seemed to be having a rough day and didn't greet us warmly, though that's understandable. Once in the room, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly and required two visits from maintenance. The mattress was clearly old and not comfortable, making sleep difficult. We also had to request for the pool to be cleaned, which was disappointing considering it was a pool access room. On a more positive note, room service was decent, the breakfast staff were excellent, and the restaurants on the property were truly impressive. The beach was beautiful and added a lot of value to our stay. With some attention to room maintenance and staff training at reception, this could be a much better experience.

My daughter and I recently stayed at Merusaka Resort in Nusa Dua, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at reception and throughout the resort.||We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious and comfortable--perfect for the two of us. The resort offers four different restaurants, so there's something to suit every taste. We made a point of trying as many as we could, and the food was consistently amazing.||The pool options were fantastic as well. From the beautiful 3-tiered pool at the top of the resort to the swim-up bar pool closer to the beach, and even the shallow, knee-high pools perfect for kids--there was something for everyone to enjoy.||A special thank you goes to Sudarmini, Yohana, and Wismayanti for their outstanding service and kindness, especially in accommodating our food intolerances. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and we truly appreciate the care they showed us throughout our stay.

I travelled with my daughter and two friends and found a little slice of heaven. The resort was beautiful, very clean and the staff very welcoming. We had a deluxe pool access room which was perfect for cooling off at the end of a busy day sightseeing. The bed was enormous and the pillows were amazing. The only down point with the room was there was a slight musty smell which was unpleasant. The hotel itself was beautifully presented with plenty of pools to choose from however perhaps not enough sun chairs to go around. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurants were delicious. However it did seem to be the same food in all four restaurants which was a bit disappointing as I would've liked to have seen more variety and the service at the restaurants was actually quite slow to get your food and drink. Lots of squirrels in the trees down the beach which was great. Fun to hand feed with the Nuts at the shop. The resort is in a great location on a beautiful stretch of beach nice and private.

We had an incredible experience at Merusaka Nusa Dua! The location is perfect -- right on a beautiful, calm beach with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple pools and lush landscaping. We loved the variety of dining options and the relaxed, elegant atmosphere throughout the resort. Most of all, we were really impressed by the staff -- everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we'll absolutely be back!

We had a great stay and felt truly valued, especially during a birthday surprise with a complimentary cake and singing waiters at breakfast. Guest Relations was super friendly, and room decoration for just EU15 was a lovely extra. The hotel is in good shape overall, with some areas due for future updates, but public spaces like the pool, beach, restaurant, and lobby are well-maintained. Direct beach access with plenty of loungers and free towel service. Breakfast has plenty of options! For all cultures and tastes! Gym also good for exercising. Staff were very friendly and service-minded -- even if English wasn't perfect. So keep that in mind. Overall: Great value and perfect beachfront location! But don't expect a European 5-Star house.

Stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights following a cruise. Beautifully located on the beach in picturesque gardens. Friendly, pleasant staff, all willing to please. Enjoyed the bars, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel provide shuttle bus to nearby Bali Collection (shops and restaurants) but only costs around PS2.50 by taxi and worth a visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank all staff for looking after us so well and making our experience in Merusaka so memorable.

Our stay at Merusaka has been incredible. We were lucky enough to get an All Inclusive package which made our stay very easy. If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind, relax in the sun this is it. With lots of pools and beach frontage is spectacular. The staff were all very lovely, helpful and courteous. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard. Meals were very good, and having the choice of 4 restaurants we barely left the resort. If you do want to go out there is a Complimentary shuttle to Bali Collection where you'll find shopping, restaurants, massages etc. Even though Nusa Dua is away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta it's only a cheap Taxi ride away. Highly recommended Merusaka and will be happy to stay here again
