Klapa Resort

I stayed at Klapa Resort for roughly two weeks in 2024, and unfortunately, our experience fell far below what one would expect from a 5-star property. I have been traveling extensively for a long time and have never encountered an issue like this, which makes it even more surprising -- and concerning -- that it happened at a place marketed as a luxury resort. One afternoon while I was resting alone, a staff member entered our room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being on. For context, the hotel uses a red light to indicate "Do Not Disturb" and a green light for "Please Clean." As soon as I noticed someone entering, I tried to speak to the staff member, but they quickly retreated into the next room and refused to acknowledge they had entered. When I brought this serious concern to the front desk, I was initially dismissed, with the managers claiming that no one had entered. It took a shift change and speaking firmly to the new staff to finally get a technician to check the door records, which confirmed that a master key had been used to access our room. Despite this clear evidence, the resort made no effort to reassure us, apologize, or explain why a staff member would enter a room clearly marked "Do Not Disturb" and then refuse to admit it. Given the circumstances, it raises serious concerns about safety and the integrity of the staff. We were left questioning whether theft may have been the intent. Beyond this alarming incident, Klapa Resort simply does not meet the standards of a true 5-star hotel. The food was poor, the rooms were old and worn, and the overall treatment from management was disappointing at best. In reality, this property feels much more like a 3-star hotel. I do not recommend staying at Klapa Resort. If you do, keep a very close watch over your valuables and remain vigilant at all times.

It's an OK Hotel to stay in. I happened to stay there for 3 nights since I had business appointments around the area. The rooms are spacious but have seen their better days. Views are amazing - we had a direct view to the golf course and (slightly) ocean. Some molds in the bathroom and on the ceiling near the AC - but still acceptable. AC worked well and cold! Bed sheets and Towels may need to be replaced with newer ones. The Hotel has a decent gym, pool and business center. Location is rather secluded (literally next to the Jumeirah Resort), but if you're looking for tranquility, keen for Golf with a low-mid budget place to stay - this may be right for you. If you're a Family with Kids. Don't expect to find activities for the young ones here. You may need to travel out of the area - which could be a hassle since GoCar/Grab may not want to take your order especially coming into evening/night. But they would still happily take your food orders.

I had an amazing stay at Klapa Resort! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The pool and beach area were perfect for relaxation, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. I highly recommend Klapa Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway. I would definitely love to come back!

Big rooms are amazing. Came here during rainy season price seem very affordable. Roof top pool an bar very clean. Plus super friendly staff... our phone charger stop working an the front desk charge my phone without hesitation!! The view is also amazing no matter what room you get!!!..

The staff was so nice!! I am allergic to nuts and peanuts and the cook who is a woman made me a special plate every morning because the buffet wasn't completely safe. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we were very well treated. Food was excellent. Close to the beach. Nothing bad to say:)

A slightly strange place. You will enjoy this if you want solitude, beach, golf and pool time. There is nothing in the vicinity: the hotel is in a giant "hotel park". No culture, restaurants or action nearby. Otherwise it's perfectly reasonable. Excellent, friendly staff. Great massage.

My recent stay at Klapa Resort in Uluwatu was a delightful experience, offering a slice of paradise at a remarkably affordable price. The resort's most striking feature is undoubtedly its breathtaking beach view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean stretching out before you is simply magical, and the sunsets are truly unforgettable. The spacious room provided a comfortable haven, allowing ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Uluwatu's stunning coastline. The affordability of this resort, considering the location and room size, is a significant plus. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, offering excellent service throughout my stay. Their willingness to assist with any request was truly appreciated, contributing to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. However, there were a couple of minor areas that could benefit from attention to detail. While the overall cleanliness was good, I did encounter a slightly dusty table upon arrival. Additionally, a towel I received was unfortunately torn. These issues, while not major, did detract slightly from an otherwise perfect experience.

I was happy staying at Klapa hotel. Normally many hotel they have small room but Its not in Klapa. You will get BIG room! AC,hot water also good. You will get bathup&shower. Check in process so smoothly with bonus of welcome drink&ice cream. They provide canapes also when sunset time. Going to the beach also easy access! I know that this hotel bit far from the main street but which is good because quite and you can sleep well. Even far from the main street but dont worry they have secret connect road to Labuan sait(central activity) more closer. I recommanded!
