Grand Whiz Hotel Nusa Dua

The 4 bedrooms villa are very spacious and consists of complete amenities such as refrigerator, stove, sink, Television. There is also air conditioner in the living room, enabling us to be comfortable while having time with our family there. We also enjoy our time in the private swimming pool provided in the villa. ||In addition to that, the breakfast is comprehensive, starting from traditional Indonesian Jamu, to Western food. The staffs are very helpful and responsive in handling our room's issue (about door). Thank you Grandwhiz Nusa Dua !!

It's situated in a nice area but the rooms need an upgrade. I was told my room had been upgraded. When I was shown the room, I was shocked it's so Dark & small! I'm afraid what the other room looked like. A shoebox closet maybe? It gives a very sad energy. Room smells old but no bugs or roaches. That's one nice thing I can say.

The room smelt old, looked very dull and tired. The room had extremely poor lighting, therefore it made the room look quite dark and depressing. The room was soundproofed it sounded like rain was coming through the bathroom, can hear other guests talking next door. The bed was hard, the aircon was extremely noisy making a clicking sound. I did not get a good nights sleep at all, thankfully I was only there for 1 night. Breakfast was average. Apart from that the hotel has a lovely garden and pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good, quiet location with walking distance to Bali collection.

The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The room was dimly lit, so you couldn't read a book, and the water in the shower came out like a faucet, which wasn't pleasant. The beach is not close (12 minutes walking) and you have to walk along a narrow and somewhat strange path. On the day I left, they wouldn't let me check out late, saying the hotel was full... It was hard to believe that, I checked out at noon and left the hotel at 5pm, I saw practically no one in the hotel, which is so big... there were only 3 people in the pool. It was a shame and very uncomfortable.

It was an okay experience. The hotel is really the cheapest one across Nusa Dua, it is worth every penny. First time trying the hotel, when I entered the room, the smell of your air freshener is so bad I really don't like it as it makes me wanna . Service was great, everyone so kind. Place is actually nice with the pools and rooms placement. The room itself is okay.Very recommended.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy.|We booked a Standard Room but were pleasantly upgraded to a Deluxe Room.||The pools were well-maintained and clean.|The food was also good, although the breakfast could use some improvement in taste.||Overall, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.||

Review I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, offering convenience and beautiful surroundings. The service was impeccable, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Ria at the restaurant - she is an outstanding professional. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and exceptional service truly made my dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality and hospitality.

We have stayed here on perhaps 6 occasions and really like this hotel. We got a great room price for our 5 nights. Great location in Nusa Dua. We were close to good restaurants - a walk. We again enjoyed the long pool and ambience. In Bali, it's a pity that the pool water temperature is not a bit cooler.We received a welcome room upgrade.Breakfast offered options, and the staff were fabulous.
