Grand Seminyak - Lifestyle Boutique Bali Resort

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff--especially Aditya and Dharma. Aditya was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with local tips and recommendations. Dharma made sure my room was perfect every day and was always kind and attentive. Their warm hospitality made my stay feel truly personalized. It's rare to find such dedicated staff who genuinely care about guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return thanks to Aditya and Dharma's amazing service.

We booked the pool suite and our room was massive with a private pool shared with 3 other rooms (but we were the only ones who used it), a jacuzzi, living room and separate dressing room / walk in wardrobe. The service from ALL staff was outstanding. Sayu was amazing at taking care of us. We also had a few massages at the spa and Adi, Ayu and Sandriani were fantastic!!! Really recommend. The room and facilities were super clean. ||Only thing I'd say is it took about 3 flushes for the toilet to clear, things were a bit dated and I wish there were more vegetation options on the dinner menu. HOWEVER none of this mattered because we loved it so much. The care the staff took was above and beyond. ||Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We've had 4 great stays here previously and returned for a 5th time. We weren't fully sure what to expect as it was an Anantara and recently changed to Grand Seminyak. Based on excellent location, large rooms, beachfront and roof bar we said we'd stay again. Good news is that it is probably better now than before. Grand Seminyak is part of Accor Hotels and all that was good remain, in fact a lot of the same great staff are there too.|The food at the hotel is really excellent, breakfast is a la carte in the rooftop restaurant and I really have to say it's among the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Coffee throughout is barista, not machine and really good. Rooms are big and spacious, there's a turndown service nightly and plenty of amenities provided. There's balconies and jacuzzis on them, perfect to watch sunset from. Food and drink are reasonably priced but there's dozens of beach bars and restaurants close by the hotel too, plus your only $2 and 10 minutes in a taxi from the main town in Seminyak, where there's a super choice of restaurants, bars & shopping. I loved the entertainment, traditional Balinese dance, fire show and there's DJs playing nice chill out sets at the pool every day too which creates a great chilled vibe which we enjoyed. Would commend the friendly staff, from the reception, restaurant, bar, pool, gym etc all fantastically friendly, welcoming and helpful and speak great English.

At first i was doubting this hotel due to the review. But i proof myself that is an hoax. The hotel was a superb with a huge room and it has jacuzzi for each room. The staff were well trained with a super humble attitude. What i loved the most here is their breakfast menu ( grilled steak ! ) and they fulfilled my needs due to my fitness program.

An amazing stay filled with fantastic hospitality and culture. The restaurants in particular were amazing, and so was the spa treatment. Ode did my spa treatment, and she was awesome. I'd also like to thank Aditya, Sayu, and Ari for their fantastic hospitality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. ||It's very close to the beach and has a lot of things to do nearby in terms of surfing the swimming pools, the gym as well as shopping, which is all within a kilometres radius

The best thing about the hotel is the people. The rooms are incredible huge for 2 people and very modern. I want to say a huge thank you to Pera our beautiful server (Breakfast) she absolutely made our stay. Also a thank you to the lovely ladies at reception Lina and Bintang.

Grand Seminyak Resort hosted our small family wedding last month & from the initial first steps to the special day, they delivered well and above what we expected. The lovely Wiwin was our wedding planner and she was always on hand to answer any questions on the lead up to the big day & make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible & the hospitality was amazing!!! Not to mention the beautiful decorative fresh flowers. Highly recommend if you're thinking of having a wedding event here. The wedding package was also reasonably priced. Thankyou guys!! We had a very memorable day thanks to you :)
