Balisani Suites Hotel

The hotel has a good location on the beach, the pool and spa are perfect. Employees are helpful and sincere. The rooms were a little old but comfortable. The quilt didn't have a cover, it bothered us, we didn't like it. There are excessive mosquitoes, but when you call the reception, they come and spray it, a lasting solution may be better.

Hotel is in a great location, the staff are fantastic, always smiling and very friendly will accommodate for your needs. The food is delicious and the drinks are well made! The hotel is well built but decor could do with updating, there are minor maintenance issues to also resolve (pool deck and bar) Overall would definitely recommend!

older style yet comfortable. staff friendly and attentive. rooms were basic. telephone crackled severally so could not use. toilet keps flushing so had to keep pressing cistern button to stop. common area toilets were broken or not flushable or full . but overall ok for a few nights. location wasn't close to much. but right on beacj so lovely to relax

Everything good, facilities are nice, breakfast was decent and great location. We loved the overall vibes and the building is brimming with character from the raised lobby to the multiple gardens. A wallet was left unattended with the maintenance people and NZD money was later found missing. This happened between our boat ride and our checkout at the hotel so just be careful with cash in general. I can't say this is Balisani for sure.

Every thing about this hotel was amazing. We had slight issue with the wifi reaching the room. The pool, garden, rooms and accessibility to the beach is soo convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

5 Stars I had the most incredible experience at Grand Balisani Suites Seminyak! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Duty Manager Gede, who went above and beyond in helping us upgrade our room to a villa. The villa was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The beautiful surroundings, combined with amazing hospitality, made our stay in Bali truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and top-notch experience in Bali!

We booked Balisali Suites on Booking.com; payment to be made at the hotel. At our midnight arrival we were told the price was ~4% higher despite showing the desk clerk our reservation. (The next day we contacted Booking and were told they had to honor the quoted price--the hotel refused to refund the difference.)||Being shown the room, we found it warm. When I realized they did not know our arrival time, it was obvious the AC system had been running for some time. The remote setting was 16 yet it was probably 26. A maintenance man came and checked it saying it was operating at peak performance and would not get any cooler.||Next, we logged into the hotel's WiFi finding around 1.3 mb speed--and then only intermittently. I called the desk and was told the IT Guy would check it out at 9 am, at the same time the AC would be fixed. At 9, no one showed. I went to speak to the manager and was told "he's on his way." At 12, I checked again, "he'll be here at 3." At 3, "he got tied up but will be here soon." The several times we passed the front desk, we were never given any updates.||The WiFi did improve to ~5mb but it was still intermittent. WE did our important online activity at the reception desk. We learned to make do with the AC by keeping window shades closed, bathroom door closed and with only minimal lighting.||We were so fed up that for the next day had we been offered a free night, we would have turned it down.||Breakfast was acceptable. The setting was nice but would be enhanced by trimming trees to permit greater viewing of the beach.||The grounds and pool are nice. ||There is a public road between the hotel and beach.||I did not appreciate being strung along by the manager; however, every other staff member we encountered was very nice and wanted us to have a pleasant stay. ||WiFi throughout the property is confusing: ~60 at the reception area, ~30 at the pool, yet ~1.6 at the restaurant which was about 15 meters from the reception area.||Overall, this hotel experience was one of the worst I can ever recall having.

Property is little old. But its beautiful. They have huge spacious room and passage is green lush. Breakfast is average. Staff is good. Very few rooms have sea view. It's close to market.
