Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa

Older hotel in nusa dua . Standard rooms look bit basic and need updating . I upgraded to a deluxe room.which was better presented and had a balcony / view of the large pool. Looks like they're trying to.improve the beach facilities by raking the sand and planting shrubs. Sea quite weedy here which looks unsightly at low tide . Buffet breakfast changed slightly each day was ok . Local shops / restaurants...good value for money

We had a great room, with balcony. Location is great for the beach, but not so great for other restaurants and shopping. As I like to watch the news in the morning, the TV didn't have good reception and couldn't watch anything. The maintenance man could not fix it and on the last night the aircon almost stopped

The location is great with many small restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The staff are hard-working, polite, and helpful. The hotel needs a bit of refreshing, and we saw some of that going on. Rooms could also use some refreshing as doors, cabinets, and fixtures were well worn.

Very welcoming, hospitable & friendly staff was the top note. Great sea view to the restaurant & massive hotel swimming pool. Great place to relax by the sea & can see the Planes landing to the Bali airport from the sea view. In the Room:- Air con was leaking dripping & then room floor was flooded, had to change the room to a different room. That room was so smelly. Bathroom sink was leaking, shower head was leaking, bathroom walls & glass hasn't been cleaned for ages, wall scums were all over, room TV wasn't working, overall not a pleasant experience with the rooms.

An interesting and pleasant experience for the few days spent in Benoa. A little far from Nusa Dua, but it compensates for the low price compared to the accommodation and breakfast conditions. It has two wonderful swimming pools and, very importantly, opening to the sea and a private beach. Small, but it is.

Do not let the pictures fool you. The beach is very small and littered with plastic pollution, and the water is also polluted from the numerous jet skis. |The pool was great, but there were only a dozen lounge chairs for more than a hundred guests.

Excellent value for the money we were very happy with our stay at this Resort. The rooms were a little smaller than other places that we stayed but they were really nice and clean. their staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The pool is huge and very well maintained. The beach was very nice and had a good view although there were only a limited number of chairs.

What can i say? the staff is very friendly and helpful The resort is in need of renovation the room we were given dirty. i requested the different room and was shown two other that were in same condition. the walls are very dirty and the bathroom very tiny, toilet seat has yellow stains and the bawl itself was dirty. the walls dirty and air conditioner licked water on the floor. the pool is excellent and very large, however there are no grab rails. Would NOT recommend and will NOT ever come back
