The rooms and the bathrooms are dirty, the staff are RUDE bad service from all the staff (securities are RUDE to children), receptionist doesn't help at all. There's only 1 elevator that works. Location is fine, close to legian.

About the hotel, it's quite huge. It's so big that each floor felt like a labyrinth. Not to mention the 5th and 6th floor is just pitch dark and pretty quiet. And About the room. It's quite clean with decent amenities, but the bathroom needs to be improvised due to how smelly the bathroom is since we first entering it.

I stay for 5 nights and there were so good during my stay. The hotel location are good minus a little bit far to the beach. The room need more light , except that everything were fine.

One of the worse cocktails places you can get. We could not find anything even remotely well made. Staff very friendly though. Good bands but when playing don't expect to be able to hold a conversation.

We arrived at the hotel today at 5pm, the hotel is down a very busy main road that has pavements that are all broken and dangerous to walk on. The lobby/main entrance area had maintenance works getting carried out on it so was cordoned off with cones and tape but nobody was doing any of the maintenance. The whole complex is extremely run down, the pool water looks dirty and green and there is lots of tiles broken. It was like a ghost town no other guests any where in sight. I will say one positive thing and that is that the 2 girls on the main reception were very welcoming advising us that we had been upgraded to a superior room free of charge, and the young man from the pool bar came over with 2 welcome drinks (juice) and was also very nice. However the superior room was very run down, smelling of damp and also dirty. The clean towels were ingrained with dirt. The lift had snot on the walls and the lampshades were mouldy in the room. This hotel does not come close to a 4 star hotel which is what it is advertised as. We went and found a new hotel and checked out again a few hours later. Hopefully I will be able to claim money back for this.

My auntie and uncle arrived here yesterday lunch time our time! 8 hours in front out there, approx 9pm! and it is absolutely filthy!! ||DO NOT take a chance to go here!!||When they get back home I will post their shocking pictures!||The room is filthy! There is rubbish and dirty toilet tissues under the bed! ||The floor is filthy! Feet were black as coal witching being in the room 20 mins!||There is scm all around the sink, shower is the same! ||Balcony doors do not lock!||Very limited lighting in the room as half the lights don't work!!||The pool is more like a pond due to being stinking dirty and algae! ||There are approx 9 sun beds whjwch are all broken!||Bar was all and shabby and looked as if it had been derelict for years!||When asked staff was there a bar, was told no not today maybe tomorrow!||Then when asked to move rooms was told no they would clean it the next day, CLEAN! It was still the same! ||Also asked to fix lights and door, was told can't today!!! ||My distraught auntie and uncle have been stuck here for 2 days like this, unable to leave anything valuable in room.||They have been trying to move hotels and finally at 11.30pm!!! Their travel company couldn't agree to move them as they are no good at technology and couldn't send the evidence to them!!!! Omg!! Can u believe it!! I have just paid PS200 for them to be able to change hotels just to give them somewhere safe and clean to stay! I was told we can claim this back when they come home and provide evidence! Also keep their taxi receipt! To claim this back! ||My auntie had recently lost her dad and went here supposedly to have a relaxing holiday! Really!!||While I was on the phone the noise was absolutely shocking! Very loud music and partying!! ||It turns out that this goes on all night from 10.30pm until early hours of the morning!! ||||PLEASE DO NOT ever book to stay here!!!!!
