We stayed at Bali Dynasty Resort in the Family Lagoon Pool Access Room for 7 days and 6 nights. While the location was fantastic--just a short walk to Discovery Mall and surrounded by great restaurants--the stay had a few downsides. The room itself had issues with the air conditioning, which was not cooling properly, and the bathroom drainage was clogged. We informed the staff early during our stay, but unfortunately, these issues persisted throughout. That said, the service from the staff was excellent--always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The food at Piazza was a highlight for us, with delicious meals and great ambiance. However, the kids' food options were quite limited, and it would be nice to see a wider variety catered to younger guests.

As a family of Nanny, Pop, my son, wife and me, we wanted to test the water for Bali Dynasty to see if the child friendly resort was a good fit for us. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all the fun stuff in Kuta and very close to airport, 7mins. Really nice coastal work on its doorstep. The staff generally were very friendly, especially Jo and Bob in cafe piazza. The room was really comfortable and clean. All the food we had was really good. Good breakfast in H20. Amazing coffee and cake in piazza. Nice koi pond for kids to feed fish. The kids club was clean and well run and felt safe. The kids pool was amazing as well. The adult pools were good but for me the culture felt a lot like, parents drop their kids off and get pissed as soon as the bar is open. The cost for a night is very high for bali and I did hope for a little better from smaller things like room service aid and reception staff service and certain drinks were not up to scratch. We had a good stay and generals happy with bali dynasty resort. Thanks for a great holiday!

Amazing resort for families!! First impressions of Dynasty on arrival were good but not great, the reception isn't as modern or polished as some; however once you settle in, you will be impressed. Once you settle in however you learn that Dynasty have literally thought about everything and you don't need to leave. The activities for children are exceptional, the facilities are well maintained, pool and swim to bar as good as the best. Food is was great and coffee amazing! The kids club is so well staffed and exciting for kids (and adults too if you want to hang around) I would comfortably recommend this place to friends and family.

I visited this place on Nyepi 2025, and it's conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is really enjoyable. However, one issue I encountered was that after they mopped the floors, they felt oily and took a long time to dry, making the air a bit uncomfortable. On a brighter note, the restaurant is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised to find panipuri on the menu as well. Another aspect that detracted from our comfort was the unpleasant odor in the bathroom. We strongly recommend that management prioritize cleanliness throughout the facilities, particularly in the bathrooms. Even though this hotel may have some age, a diligent focus on maintaining hygiene would surely enhance guests' overall experience and encourage them to feel more at home here compared to other establishments. One of the standout features of this hotel is the fitness center. The equipment is quite comprehensive, and there is a friendly personal trainer on standby who is available to guide guests on how to use the machines effectively. This dedicated support really enhances the experience for those looking to maintain their fitness routines while traveling.

Excellent location. The main street is not too crazy busy. Yet, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and the mall is within walking distance. My room was clean and room service was meticulous. One small thing I would say about room service is when a guest hangs a "Do not disturb" sign all day, don't freak out and assume the worst by sending 3 staff members, including security, to the room. I understand something might have happened in the past, but sometimes I just didn't want any service. Every day, there are activities built around families and children. They really know how to make cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast has a good enough variety. However, they need to focus on how to make dosa and Indian curries properly. I hope the chef will take my feedback graciously.

I must start by saying that the way anyone rates a hotel often depends on how the rest of their trip unfolds. For me, my first impression of Dynasty Bali wasn't great. The resort looked small, slightly dated, with limited views, small pools, and no real beach scenery to speak of. However, as our stay continued, I started to notice the strength of the facilities--especially for families. If you have children and want to feel confident leaving them in safe hands, the Kids Club is a major plus. The staff were caring, and the activities kept the kids engaged and happy. This gave us real time to relax and enjoy ourselves, which is rare when travelling as a family. Throughout the day, there's a full schedule of activities for both adults and children--from proper beach volleyball to fun games and entertainment. There were lots of Aussie families, which added to the friendly and familiar vibe. The staff were lovely, always kind and helpful. The food is on the pricier side, but the quality is excellent. You'll also find nearby marts and restaurants (including Italian and Chinese), which is convenient. One definite downside: no proper barista-style coffee included with breakfast--a surprising miss for such a well-run place. That said, I'd still recommend Dynasty Bali, especially for families with young kids. It might not be the luxury beachfront experience some expect, but it's a solid 4-star resort that delivers on comfort, care, and fun

It seems like a resort that Australians like to visit. The facilities are good and all the staff are friendly. There are many stores nearby, so there are many stores you can go to when you get bored of the resort. The prices of food inside the resort are similar to those outside, so it's more convenient to just eat at the resort.

Bali Dynasty Resort is a very good, family-friendly hotel with a variety of amenities. The resort boasts multiple swimming pools catering to both adults and children, including a dedicated kids' pool with a mini waterpark. While the resort offers beach access, cleanliness may be an issue. For families, the resort provides excellent childcare options, including a daycare with a wide range of daily activities and babysitting services. Its location is convenient, being close to the airport. Additionally, the resort is situated near a bustling market street, offering easy access to local shops, marts, and numerous Indian restaurants.
