As a Hotel Owner and as a hotel authority they have give polite behavior to his Guest. Owner Have such a bad Behavior to his Guest.so much Bad experience.

A nice hotel in a good location. This is just in front of ASTC and SBI Tinsukia brach. Rooms are also adequate for stay but beddings are not that hygenic. You should carry your own clothings/bedsheet etc. For a better stay.

Very bad experience. Waste of money. No room has a single window. Room r too dirty. Every room has a suffocating problem. Room are too congested. Don't come to this hotel.

Though this hotel has very attractive looks from outside, inside is not good at all. Toilets are horrible. This hotel is mainly meant for transit passengers who are looking for a place of rest for a few hours before next bus/train. Room was clean but had some bad dump smell. There was no light in the toilet. ||Interestingly they have a very good restaurant.

Worst experience, very bed service and dirty room, TV and AC doesnot work. Toilet are very dirty no hygiene. Rooms wall are surrounded by spit, no food service you have to go outside to eat. All over this hotel is very bed, dirty, No hygienic, dont come here you will waste your money. Even when I come to hotel they not showing there Room tariff plan, they say we dont have Tariff plan.

Pure vegetarian restaurant with good quality food n a variety of Thalis are available both in North Indian n Chinese cuisine. Though prices are a bit steep quality of food n service makes up for it.

worst of worst hotel ...don't ever visit this hotel. power supply problem , staffs and owner is not friendly . a recent incident on 18 /07/17 i book a room and i also asked at reception about power supply is good then he replied that they have generator but the whole night i struggled with power cut off with no power supply. at 3am 19/07/17 i woke again with no power supply to check out what happened then i was shocked to know that only my room was going out of power supply problem whereas other rooms have inverter connections then i ask in reception what is going on i dont have power supply in this hot whether then the dolt said wait it will come or change the room then i said did i paid you to get wake in middle of the night to change room , i got my patience lost i had an argument and called up the dolt owner but the owner said the same thing what is staff said... this is my advice to all not to visit this worst hotel...

This hotel is zero star rating hotel But I don't option to give rating zero so I give 1star, guys palz don't go this hotel totally Ford scammer hotel regarding room rent, worst of money,all menerless people seting in hotel recipition is totally scammer and totally Ford money collected from customer
