Maa Laxmi Hotel

My recent stay at the Maa Laxmi Hotel was exceptional, characterized by outstanding hospitality and an exquisite room ambiance. The staff consistently demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. The food quality was excellent, and the hotel's location was superb.

unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome. The front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued guest. When I approached them with questions, I was met with condescension and a lack of basic courtesy. Additionally, when I raised concerns about my room, the response was dismissive, and I was left feeling ignored. This type of service is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from experiencing the same discomfort. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Such a good hotel in maa laxmi hotel

Couples must not go to this place!!! They scam helpless guys like us. Firstly, their guard or whoever gave us two rooms (as we are a couple) and he assured us that they will charge for only single room. Next day, we went to the reception for payment then the owner came and said that they had booked two rooms for us so we had to pay for both of them. I told him about what the guard said but he denied straight off. Man, I got f'ed up that day, paying for two damn rooms that too for students like us, it was horrific. Fun fact: The owner had me give his hotel 5 stars on google maps right in front of him. Lol.

The rating you're looking at are ratings begged by their owner if you don't give ratings they'll chase you away.. so we went their at 8 something am firstly their was an old person who was terriblly rude and their rooms were so dirty even the bedsheets were blood stained..we ask that person to change and it took them the whole day to do that ( we have gone out at 12:30 from the hotel for sightseeing and came back at 9) when we came back then only we got the new bedsheet ..and when we came back they called me and ask me to open my google maps, I got that they're asking for ratings so I straightly said no because i didnt liked anything about them, the owner saud sorry about behaviour and all then I thought okay atleast he was sorry so maybe I'll give a good rating but after that they called my father and said we have to leave straight at 8am, if we stay 1sec more than that we have to pay ( mean 24 hours rule something which I heard for the first time) so basically they took revenge of not giving the ratings! I have travelled many places and stayed at many hotels ( i am an influencer) but never seen this kinda people ever and never heard of this 24 hours rule ... btw their bathroom but was clean tho but not attached.. Bathroom was better than thier rooms! PLEASE DONT GO FOR THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY'RE FAKE!! (I can't reply so this my reply to the management after they replied to my review) Your SO CALLED REPUTATION which you beg to every customer I never addressed my myself infront of you dude, I just simply denied to give good reviews which you were begging to me..l posted an honest review of the hotel and the management is now is saying that I putted false allegations ... and what about you people, chased us at 8 am at morning, what about that??? That we paid 1600 for that dirty and disgusting room.atleast have some dignity to say sorry and improve your services.. SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING FALSE ALLEGATIONS ON A GIRL!! BEGGARS!!

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. It was clear that they had no interest in providing even the basic level of customer service. Not only did the staff lack any semblance of professionalism, but they were scammers. They charged me 1500 for a room that was 750. The bathroom was outside and detached. They didn't provide any AC for 1500. It was single bed for two person. The windows were broken and you couldn't open for some fresh air. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere.
