The hotel is located at a convenient place and price also ok but their fooding is too bad. So, It's better to dine outside and retire back in the hotel

Worst Hotel, don't stay in it Bedsheets are dirty and room has pungent smell Bed is uncomfortable, only one peon No hospitality

Disappointed....I booked AC room but they provided Non AC room on the month of June 2024 which was staff room near the counter where the staff stay during their night duty. So I recommend never n ever trust the staff of Royal Inn Hotel n behaviour of staff was also not good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received at Hotel Royal Inn, Tinsukia. We had booked an AC room one day prior to our arrival. However, upon reaching the hotel at 4:30 AM after a long journey from Guwahati, we were informed by the front desk executive that no AC rooms were available. This kind of service is highly unacceptable. We chose your hotel based on its reputation, expecting a comfortable stay after our tiring journey. Instead, we were left helpless and stranded due to your hotel's inability to honor the booking. I believe the owner should be aware of this incident and the negative impact it has on the hotel's reputation. We hope that appropriate action will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening to other guests in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response.

The hotel is located at a very good location and the place looks neat and clean and there is a lot of parking space for vehicles.The hotel rooms were good and have options for two to three people staying. Outside food is allowed and the hotel also provides food if required .Overall a good option for staying.

Budget hotel with necessary services required, parking available, In Tinsukia this hotel is a good option. They also arrange ceremony hall for all types reception. Not able comment on food, we check in middle of the night, a little problem occurs due to that. Card payment is not available that's an issue.

One of the best and value for money hotel in Tinsukia town. Stayed here for a week. The staff was helpful and supportive. Highly recommended if you're looking for a hotel in Tinsukia at low rates

Not expensive at all but cleanliness is a issue with the bathroom buckets provided. Wifi Service available but frequent electricity issues faced. Room service not up to the mark but the hotel is at a location, where medical facilities are like just next to the door, as the outside market places are filled with good restaurants, medical stores and hospitals. Specifically if are with a kid, this place is highly recommended.
