Hotel Royal Highness

It was my solo trip to Tinsukia. Had a pleasant stay at Royal Highness. This place is safe for female traveller. All the staffs are supportive. They take extra care to make one feel at home. My special thanks to Mr. Biju Chetry at reception counter. He is very professional and helpful. Also the food at Majestic is top notch.

stayed at an absolutely amazing hotel ROYAL HIGHNESS yesterday. The hospitality was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. But what touched me the most was finding a Bhagavad Gita in my room. As a Hindu, this filled me with immense pride. Through my work, I have traveled to many states and countries, and I have often found the Bible and the Quran in hotel rooms, but I have never come across the Bhagavad Gita before. I sincerely thank the hotel management for this wonderful gesture. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel at least once--you will have a great experience

I love this hotel because of it's Location is good. Easy to move anywhere. Though it is middle of the town but no noise inside the hotel Parking is available. Lift and lobby was clean. Service is smart. Open area to meet the guest. Staffs are polite . Strongly recommends .

Bathroom towels need replacement. Please avoid online booking to get better room after physical verification. Hotel is located in the heart of Tinsukia market. Further, the food quality at hotel is nice and hygienic. In complementary breakfast, they provides variety of choices.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The condition of the room was below average, and the bathroom had an unpleasant, dirty smell that made it uncomfortable to use. Considering these issues, the price charged felt exorbitant and completely unjustified. The food was another major letdown. It was evident that they served preserved items instead of fresh meals, which affected the taste and overall dining experience. This is not acceptable, especially at the price point they charge. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional. They lacked basic hospitality and were unresponsive to concerns, which added to the frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was a disappointing experience that failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, quality, and service.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Royal Highness,the rooms were clean and comfortable,and the staff I specially thanks to Biju Chetri is incredibly polite and helpful. thanks to Biju Chetri for making my visit so memorable. Highly recommend it.

The staff is very cooperative and there are good options for food (especially for vegetarians). Apart from some small issues(which were fixed by Hotel), our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to room service staff and reception staff. Walking about 5 minutes straight to a mall where a cinema theatre is situated apart from a shop where anything available for INR 99 rupees, so in case you forget something's in your luggage then try that place. Also lots of cloth wholesalers nearby where good Kurtis available at INR 350-400 and other good stuff at lower price as well. But as an Indian don't forget to bargain.

The hotel is conveniently located amid mid of the town. The hotel is very big, rooms are spacious, stuffs are very curteous and food is exceptionally good. Parking space is also available. The negative point is linens are not properly cleaned, one of my associate's room , the shower was broken though the hotel repaired it when the dame was brought to their notice. The wifi is extremely slow
