Worst service possible was provided. Complimentary breakfast never came after ordering multiple time. No regrets seen in staff. Not professional at all. Avoid this hotels in any circumstances..

I would rate this as a 3 star hotel as the windows are transparent, can be easily viewed from outside + the windows of washroom/bathroom require curtains. Apart from these the management is all good very co-operative.

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The hotel's mismanagement and poor staff behavior made my stay utterly unbearable. Firstly, one of the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with disdain and disrespect. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my queries or concerns. To make matters worse, the hotel had a blatant disregard for transparency when it came to pricing. I was initially quoted 1800 per day, but when I checked out, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged 2500 per day. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer any refund. The hotel's refusal to refund the overcharged amount is a clear indication of their dishonest business practices. It's appalling that a hotel would engage in such unethical behavior and then have the audacity to deny any wrongdoing. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of poor staff behavior, mismanagement, and dishonest pricing practices makes it a place to avoid at all costs. A worst serviced hotel. I stayed in the hotel for one night. After reaching the hotel no one is there to help to put luggage. They just asked for the dinner. I ordered to provide drinking water, mosquito repellent and hot water jag but I got nothing. The room and bedsheets are also not clean. Interestingly nobody is available at hotel reception and to receive intercom.

Very very ever worst hotel.he charged me 1800 for single person but service was poor. Do not go on photos from Google . Room main door lock was not working always your room is open. When I complain for its they said we have no other rooms and if anything stolen from your room then whole n sole you are responsible for its. Horrible experience.No AC working. toilet sheet was broken. Towel was bad. Please please do not book this hotel ever.

I recommended this hotel to my guests, but I received a very negative review from them, which was extremely harsh. The management doesn't know how to treat guests properly, and the rooms were in terrible condition. The cleanliness was poor, and the overall experience was disappointing. This hotel is a complete letdown for me, and I would rate it a zero. I will never recommend it again to anyone.

Very good service and the place maintained hygiene and cleanliness which is great

It's quite nice I loved my stay only TV was not working. Anyway as they have confirmed next time I will get more better service.
