Hotel Jagdamba

Extremely Disappointing! This hotel was once a gem, cherished by everyone, but sadly, it has fallen from grace. Visiting during peak hours, I was shocked to see it completely empty which is a stark reminder of how far the quality has declined. I ordered puri sabji, and it was a disaster. The puris were drenched in oil, and the sabji was unbearably spicy. The sweets, which used to be a highlight, are now subpar and lack freshness. It's disheartening to see a hotel with over 50 years of history lose its charm. Meanwhile, newer places like KCR and MB have raised the bar, leaving Jagdamba lagging behind. I now prefer them for breakfast or any meal, as they deliver consistent quality. This review is meant as a wake-up call. Jagdamba has the potential to reclaim its former glory. Please step up, improve your standards, and make us proud again.

One of best vegetarian restaurants in tinsukia, particularly its thalis and paneer items. A nice restaurant to dine with family and friends.

We ordered paneer bhurji, dal makhani and kofta. All food was ok, nothing too great. The guy at the reception was quite courteous though.

Very good hotel and food are very good

On 18/11/2020 my order for one veg rice plate without chapati came with rice that was insufficient even for a child. The price they told me was Rs.60. But at the time of payment they demanded Rs.80. Since each extra plate of rice would cost another Rs.20, I did not take any and had to end up with an incomplete dinner.

This is the only budget veg restaurant and you will get pure north Indian style food. They surve hot and spicy north Indian food according to your order. Quality of food is very good . This restaurant is a iconic landmark of tinsukia. If any one from North India he or she will have pure veg food at this place. I think you will get variety of panir items. Wonderful taste.

Room is not good full of cockroach and lizard even the window glass was broken but the restaurent inside the hotel is nice the food served here is tasty
