Hotel Ballerina

I stayed there 5 days with my guests in room no 305 ,all are satisfied .Reception stafs resturant & room service stafs all are behaved with good manners . Breakfast & meals are satisfactoryly good. I saw that they always tried to give us food's as we want according to our taste. Appreciable service given to us. House keeping service also good & satisfactory

It is one of the finest hotels that makes your stay very comfortable and gives you a luxury feel! They have their own restaurant! And you can enjoy their unique dishes especially the assam style foods that are mouth watering and delicious! The rooms are very neat and clean! It's so amazing and the staff are so polite and kind! Thanks guys for making my trip wonderful!

The hotel distributed coupons for discounts and benifits. Couldn't handle the rush that came with it. Food they served was burnt. Coupons were just a gimmick. Said buy 1 get 1 but we got like buy half at full price and get other half free. Service felt like we are beggars. Food tasted like we got no tongue. No response when we complained.

Rooms are big and clean. Washrooms cleanliness is wonderful. Food is very tasty like home food. Staff is also nice.

Hotel is good. Room service can be improved. Food is good. Lots of options in breakfast. Parking facility is available. Overall a decent stay.
