Rooms were good. The staff services and room services was exceptionally good and prompt. The best part was the kitchen Ambrosia. The staffs working in the kitchen and restaurant are very professional with a very keen attitude to serve and help the customer. The quality and plethora of the food served during the breakfast covers the nutritional benefits needed. The breakfast was superbly well crafted and well chosen by the chef. Overall a very pleasant stay. A value for money based upon the services they offer. Yes, there are at times electricity goes off, however, it is for a very very brief period of time, might be less than a minute, for few seconds, which is acceptable.

Hotel Aroma Residency at Tinsukia Assam is a beautiful place to spend time with your family members, sufficient parking is available, test of food is very good specially complementary breakfast is very tasty and required food is available, room rent is normal, staff behaviour is very good, room quality is very good. You should stay here once when you will reach tinsukia.

I am almost a regural customer for them, but there food food taste and quality are degrading day by day, Its like you have had a rode side vendor food. I don't why it happening, probably they are changing their chef very often.

If you're looking for a hotel that is ideal for weddings or any family functions then this hotel is a fantastic choice. The staffs are very professional and attentive. And the rooms are also very clean.

Nice big compound....good food good rooms

Stayed in Aroma Residency while travelling from Namsai to Dibrugarh. Awesome service provided by the hotel staff even during the heavily crowded Durga Puja season. The behaviour of the staff was excellent and the food provided was delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious. It was a good experience staying in this hotel.

The service was very basic. Hot water required several follow ups with them. Breakfast was not served on time.

Poor service .. food was pathetic.. room was not clean and placed with old furniture material
