Clean and cozy rooms, delicious homemade food, friendly and helpful host.We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

We stayed here for one night and had a really nice stay. The room was very new and clean, designed with care, which made it feel much more welcoming. It included a small kitchen, which was perfect for making tea, though we didn't cook there. The family was very nice, but it's worth noting that this isn't a traditional homestay--you have your own privacy and not much interaction with the family. Two things bothered us: first, the room had a strong smell of naphthalene. We lit a few incense sticks to mask it, but the smell returned after a while. Second, the room was located right next to the main road, which made it accessible but extremely noisy, especially in the morning. Trucks passing by and honking made it hard to sleep. However, it seemed like our room was the only one facing the main road, so other rooms might not have this issue. We also stayed during Magh Bihu, so it might have been busier than usual. Overall, the room was perfect and the cleanest we've had in all of India. The family was lovely, the price was affordable, and despite the issues, we do recommend this place.

Nice and cozy place but lack of geysers in the bathrooms is extremely inconvenient .
