Terrible Experience: Avoid This Hotel This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had. I had booked and paid in full via OYO, but upon arrival, the elderly man at the reception outright refused check-in, claiming they don't accept online bookings. It seems like a deliberate setup to make OYO payments non-refundable. I was also charged an additional 1000 for an extra person, which I agreed to, but the room was in a miserable condition. Low water pressure, stained mattresses, and overall lack of cleanliness- completely unacceptable. To top it off, they demanded 120 extra citing GST charges but flatly refused to provide a GST invoice. This is a clear violation and I will be reporting it to the GST authorities. The attitude and behavior of the receptionist were appalling- rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. A disgrace to the hospitality industry. Strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Worst hotel in entire tezpur city. Pathetic worst dirty rooms with worst hotel hospitality .
They didn't accept online booking. And charged double money. Plz terminate this hotel from OYO. And don't take online payment. If u want payment through online, they want 12% extra GST, Totaly monopoly they do. There are no car parking facility.
They don't accept online booking, if you paid through any booking app they don't accept it and you have to pay again
If there would be an option for negative rating would like to give that.Booked room through oyo app and paid when called at the hotel they refused saying they donot allow payment through oyo online app. @oyorooms would like to file a report in consumer court for the same.
Below is my experience. 1. Cleanliness: Very dirty. Towel and bed was too dirty. Looks like they are reusing the same bedsheet and towel for ages. 2. Staff: No staff present. I asked the reception for sending staff for luggage shifting and he declined saying no staff present. 3. Charges: Too high. Receptionist asked me to cancel oyo booking and pay saperately. Asked 1000 for one room per night. 4. Amenities: No lift. No intercom. Provided one towel and a soap. 5. Checkout timing: Very strict timing for checking out at 11. 6. Responsiveness: Reception was always present. I was able to check in at midnight. They provided phone number for reception to call directly by phone.
Denied check -in, Booked through Oyo and they said that they don't have online booking. Took the money and gave no room. The behaviour is very rude and when called customer care they said they couldn't refund. Don't ever stay at this hotel.
