OYO 24696 Green Point

I recently visited the hotel for a day, and although the rooms were clean, the hotel's linens and overall maintenance were subpar. Unfortunately, the staff and management seemed indifferent to customer concerns, failing to address issues like dirty linens and a malfunctioning AC remote despite repeated requests. This experience was disappointing compared to my previous visits in 2017 and 2018, when the staff were courteous and the facilities were well-maintained.

I went there with my family and friends in the month of December 2018. I was amazed to see the environment of the resort. Awesome resort with fantastic infrastructure, rooms are well maintained clean with very good staff. It situated in a very beautiful place where you can see the beauty of nature. Hospitality of the staff are too good which I never forgot. I wish to come there again.

I stayed here on the new year eve. The resort is very close to the Brahmaputra, actually its a hotel not a resort as you don't have any activities, just the main building with some open space. It looked good from outside and also from inside. The rooms were clean with all the basic amenities. The beds in the standard room were very small. I think smaller than a queen size bed, maybe because the room was also not very big. There were no special program for the new year eve but they promptly arranged for a small bon fire sort of thing for us on request to sit out and enjoy. They have an in house kitchen but no restaurant, so they do room service. There is no market nearby. We had to spend only the night there so it did nicely for us, mainly because it suited our budget and provided all the basic comforts. |As we had to leave early in the morning, there were kind enough to pack up some quick breakfast for us.|I would recommend it to them who just need to spend the night.

I stayed here on my way back from Tawang. This is a hotel not a resort as pointed out in a village setting.I stayed in a deluxe room - it was spacious with twin beds which were firm and nice. The bed linen was clean and spotless. In general the room was clean and bright and I have no complaints. The washrooms however a bit depressing with no ventilation and dark which added to not being so clean was a downer.||They serve food in your room when ordered, dinner was not bad but breakfast so-so. You are a bit away from most sight seeing spots and need a vehicle to reach them unless you like to walk which is fine to as it is close to the park/lake||I would stay here only wish they would do something about the washroom cleanliness

Service is basically non-existent here. We stayed here for four nights, in a room with twin beds. Every day, they would make/clean up only one bed. And for the strangest reason, they would give us only one towel. When we asked them why, they would mumble saying we don't know. We would have to make multiple calls for the simplest of things - towels, toilet paper, water, glasses, etc. The floor was never mopped, the bathroom was never cleaned. They would empty the dust bin, and that's about it. They would call at about 10 PM every night and ask if you want anything from them. And after that, they disconnect phones and vanish. No one answers the phone (reception/room service/housekeeping) till about 8 AM in the morning. On the day we checked out, we had informed them that we want to leave at 6 AM, so we'd like some coffee before that, but of course, they didn't even bother; and no one was in the reception. We could have walked out of there with their sofa set and they wouldn't have figured it out. Duh.

The hotel has gone to the dogs,service poor,tv not working,food variety not available only chapati available.You need to call reception again and again if you want any thing to get done still you won't get much response.Eaelier the hotel was of standard quality but now things have changed think before you book

The room was very big, hygienic and airy. Hotel itself is in a village setup and free from traffic, pollution and very peaceful. It does not have a restaurant but all food items are served either in rooms or common guest rooms that are well furnished and clean. Very nominal rate, extremely helpful staff and humble. It is located just few kms from the highway.
