Niraloy Hotel

I stayed at this place while returning from Majuli and heading to Guwahati. Tezpur is generally expensive when it comes to hotels, and almost all decent ones start from 1200. I just needed a place for one night with safe parking for my bike. I visited the property, took a room, and overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay. Pros: 1. The rooms were neat and clean. The linen, washroom, and floor were all well-maintained. 2. Service was good. Breakfast was included, and they served it in the room. 3. They have safe parking at the back. It's not visible from the front, but once you ask the staff, they guide you properly. They even helped me park my bike under a covered area. Cons: 1. There was an old man at the counter in the evening who was extremely rude. He showed no interest or respect towards the customers. He was more focused on watching cricket on the screen and responded very rudely when spoken to. He needs to learn how to behave, especially since he's in the hospitality industry. 2. The location is quite noisy. It's right in front of the bus stand, and one nearby shop was playing loud music until midnight. Around 3-4 AM, the buses start creating noise. Since the rooms face the bus stand, getting good sleep is tough. 3. The breakfast was disappointing -- just some oily Poori and Chole. On top of that, the staff came at 6:30 AM to deliver it, which was pretty annoying.

It was a very pleasant experience in this hotel, the staff were very friendly. Special shout-out to the staff for taking good care of us at the stay! Couple friendly atmosphere. All the questions were answered, ultimately Good food with good service left us with a smile!!
