HOTEL TLB PALACE (TEZPUR)

It was a below average experience for us. The rooms are too costly for the price and does not have basic hygiene. We found bed bugs which literally bit both me and my wife and night and we couldn't sleep one night. Toilet seat broken,shower throws water all directions. Most importantly I told them multiple times that I wanted a wifi connection for doing WFH but wifi was not working both my check in days. The staff were highly unprofessional and room service cleaning happens only when you call them up and beg to clean your rooms. Lifts were still under construction due to which there is a lot of nuisance all the day time. P.S. : As mentioned by all other people reviews. Stay here only if you don't have any other option and bound to stay. Else find a homestay or bnb.

Located in Tezpur and on the highway. Staff were good & premises were clean. Breakfast was amazing and food options are good. Appreciate about the rain cover/ canopy in the side entrance, expect the same in front area, too. It would be nice, if they have lift and use some room fresheners in the corridor/staircase area as it closer to the kitchen. Hope, kitchen utensil sounds & staff chat to be nominal in that area. Washroom was spacious but the commode position is in the corner, which made problem for comfortable posture.

I visited this place for morning breakfast.. they make a good menu n when we start to order food the staff saying sir this food is not available n all.. very disappointed

Superb place to eat. One of the best restaurants in town. Great food, great ambience, and even the service is awesome. Would recommend if you want to have a heavy and delicious meal. The items are wonderful, pricing is not the cheapest but the experience is more than worth it. Lovely to spend time in the restaurant. Edit 1: This is the second time I had visited the restaurant and the staff are as warm as ever. The food being great as always. No matter how many times you visit, you'll get a grand experience everytime. One thing I liked a lot about this place is the way they ask for feedback after every meal, consistently, shows the amount of attention they pay to each customer's experience. Also, ample parking space is available, plus it's at an easily accessible place, very easy to find even if you don't have maps.

We went there for lunch. The food was tasty but little bit costly . We ordered kadai chicken , roti and rice. The staffs were good and polite

Worst food ever I had experienced in my life I recommend nobody to go out there...also the price is too high and quality and taste of the food is too poor...please don't go there

Dirty and smelly bed and room. Toilet are bad. Room size are also small. Never book this. No lift. You can get better hotel nearby at this price. Do not believe in fake good ratings.

Good hotel to stay for one night way to Arunachal. We booked five AC rooms. All were good. Issue with electricity and water supply. Food was good.
