Hotel Tezpur City

Warning Worst hotel in tezpur! Don't ever choose staying in this hotel. The hotel staff and manager were extremely rude. Despite it being winter, they did not provide us with proper blankets; instead, they gave us a small and dirty one. When we requested a better blanket, they responded rudely and were unwilling to help. Additionally, no soap or towels were provided. There were some elderly male guests at the hotel who were drinking until midnight and were very loud, which made us uncomfortable. We were three friends staying together in one room, and the situation made us feel scared, with negative thoughts running through our minds. The hotel staff were also unapproachable, making it difficult for us to seek help.

Cheap rooms, but thats about it. If you cant spend 200 more then this is the place for you. But if you are with family or want peaceful stay don't go. Very hostile host, also no lift and no helping staff on 3rd floor.

Don't have option to give 0 or negative. Fraud hotel denied me check-in for prepaid booking done through MMT. Had to search for hotel at 9 PM after long day. The staff looked like a dalal who was waiting outside and didn't even let me go to reception. Didn't see any parking area so guessing this was also made up. MMT should delist them. Kudos to MMT for the compensation though.

very excellent services and excellent stay-environment with good facilities .safe place to stay. good cleaness. well and safe parking. gentle staff and supportive nature. high value to customer and guest . we like the hotel overall.

Safe place to stay with frnds and family. Gentle stuff and good management. Excellent room service. Clean hotel and rooms. I stayed three nights. Very good experience. Any body can stay safely.

Worst hotel in Tezpur never choose this hotel for staying manager behavior is so bad owner say different price for room manager say high price for room !!! They ask 3000 for single bed ac room u can get better place for that price !!!!
