Hotel Durba

If I could give this place zero stars , I would.The moment we walked in, we were greeted-not with a smile, not with a hello--but with the receptionist rolling their eyes as we were an inconvenience. They were rude, dismissive and acted like every question was a personal insult. Apart from these it was the worst room I have ever seen. They were unable to provide the minimum facilities. No proper blanket, the bathroom was very dirty. After all it was a horrible experience. I recommend no one to visit this place.

Room is very dirty and no proper blanket Too much mosquitos and other insect inside the room..no air ventilation,it's feel very suffocating Manager is very nonsense, rough and irritating person, who never smile! He take the price before entry, if they are not able to provide facility than why they demand 1500 rupees for this type of dustbin room! When I reached they told that their low price rooms are over, now we have to take in 1500 and above cost# But when I enter, room was smell horrible, Whole the night I can't sleep anymore! Mosquitos, insect and smell make me feel like I am staying at cow shelter! They are fraud and very nonsense management! Very disappointed! They don't even deserve 1 star also... Very Dirty Nonsense attitude of manager. Poor quality room and bathroom No any hygienic product Bed smelling bathroom and room Very high price ..looteroo hotel!

I have never experienced such worst service till date. Literally the worst kind of people. I paid online, way before check in. The rooms were disgusting almost made me sick. Rooms not furnished, broken tiles and bricks. And on top of that pubic hairs and body fluids all around the mattress and sofa. Decided not to stay there within 10 mins and confronted the caretaker about bad service. He took me to another room. Same issue. Laundry not done. Pubic hair all around, whitish stain on cushions, dirty mud shoe marks on white bedsheets. The worst part is they didn't apologize for this and also didn't refund my money. I was expecting atleast they would return half the price I paid. Waste of money, energy, time and resources to get into that hotel.

Room was not clean, according to room condition price was too high.

Very Poor Service. Room was very dirty. Basic facilities are not there. Room don't have any proper Air Ventilation.

Very worst hotel I have stay in past few months..room was too hot and water leakege problem from selling.and price is too much..they can provide non AC room at 1200 rs.there are many problems in this property..so guys don't think to stay this property..
