RO water and slippers were provided along with Mosquito Repellent at such a cheap homestay. Prices are dirt cheap if the amenities provided are taken into account. Moreover this homestay is good for long stays without any hassle.

I spent a week at this hotel on my recent Northeast trip. Best in class facilities were provided and this being a budget hotel offered apartments at very low prices. Initially I found it a bit difficult to locate as I checked in late at night but the host provided proper instructions to the hotel. For me being a solo traveler on a budget this was the best hotel I found at such a low price during my entire trip. You can stay at this hotel. It's in a safe location, the host is overtly friendly and helpful and the hotel is noise free unlike most hotels. This was the only hotel where I could sleep peacefully without any sound coming from nearby rooms.

The hotel is not on main highway, it's a little away from main road. Eating options were not there nearby and we had to order from online apps on the first day of our stay. But this was not a problem as the hotel was super silent and the neighborhood was safe. Also the host provided us self cooking facility upon request without any extra charges. Apart from the location issue everything was top notch and the wow factor is the room price which is a snip.

Price paid was worth every penny. Very low priced hotel and is indeed value for money. Definitely it'd my preferred destination in future trips to Tezpur.

For long rental stays this place is excellent. Fully furnished apartments at very cheap prices with all necessary amenities are available here. I rented a place here and it was totally worth it.

This is a very good home stay in our budget. It was very low priced and at the same time the facilities were somewhat impossible to find at such low priced hotels. Definitely my preferred choice in Tezpur for both budget and transit trips.

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Hotel is value for money but is not at all luxurious. For short stays and monthly rent it fits in my pocket.

Overall it's of great value for money if you want something on a budget. Electric Kettle and kitchen was provided which is something very difficult to find at such a low budget hotel. The USP of this hotel is low priced rooms and total silence.
