Cygnett Inn Imperial

Hotel is located in central place of the city which is very convenient. Room is spacious and bed is really comfortable. Bathroom is like that of a 5 star category hotel. Food is really good. Staff is polite and co-operative. Specially staff named Aiswyariya, Manav , Prakash Akaash, Anupama in the front desk all are very cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend it for all type of visitors, family, couple or solo travvellers.

Stayed in a superior room at 5th floor for Short stay. The room was excellent. We were travelling with 2 children. The dining hall is beautiful and have a large long balcony. Kolkata roll was however disappointing. Dinner we ordered for kids was simple but great. So mixed response for food. Again location is somewhat in a busy area in the premises of large mall. For anyone with driving own Better to park the car straight inside the basement parking then go in side the hotel if you don't have to many luggage or else a detour required to come out of hotel and then goto basement parking. For shopping lovers it's a great location but may not be a great location for leisure.

The hotel offers decent accommodation at a budget price in Tezpur where such choices are not plenty. Location is good and the room which we had was a super size room with a seating area and well pressured showers.|The only thing which was a bit jarring was the quality of the bed. While the pillows were of acceptable quality, the king bed is too soft for comfort. You sink so much in the bed that it becomes a huge effort to extricate yourself, even take a turn. One checks into a hotel primarily to have a good sleep. That primary objective is impacted in this hotel.

Today 11.04.2025 we have conducted our AKC (anuual Kutumb Conference) at Cygnett inn Imperial TEZPUR. Over the experience is very good. Main thing I want to say about this hotel is good food service. ||The behaviour of the staff especially Manager Mr Goutam Deka and Dip Jyoti are a very good person.

Terrific experience ! Lovely hotel. What I liked best was the attention to detail. Rooms beautifully appointed. Lights, A/C, TV, taps, shower - everything works ! |Add to this, cheerful and well trained staff. All in all a very good place to stay. Shall definitely recommend it to my friends.

It was great... Reception staff were very good, attentive to my needs as well... It's in the centre of the town near to the shopping mall and hospital and main market.... Rooms are very spacious with a good view .... Buffet breakfast was with many varieties.. tastes were also good

I have visited this place many times, this time I have taken my business partner as well.. and it was wonderful experience... Staffs are very attentive.. check in check out process are too quick.. Variety food options in buffet breakfast.. rooms are cozy .. thank you

Amazing stay at the hotel.room was much larger then expected with a huge balcony and very much well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful and variety of option were available.. location is great with all branded showrooms were walking distance.. love the hotel
