A Wonderful Homestay Experience I had a truly pleasant stay at this homestay. The cleanliness of the entire property was impressive -- rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh throughout the stay. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure every guest felt at home. They went out of their way to provide helpful assistance, whether it was guiding us with local attractions or attending to small requests. Their friendly and respectful behavior created a comfortable and peaceful environment. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-managed place to stay.

The homestay is located in a remote area on the outskirts of the city, the rooms are super clean with a great ambience, offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere that I truly enjoyed. The staff's behavior is outstanding and highly appreciable. Both the host and the manager were extremely helpful and available 24/7, making the stay very comfortable. A special mention to one of the female staff member, who kindly provided us with turmeric powder at midnight when we realized we had forgotten to buy it for cooking. Their hospitality made the experience even homelike and better..

It's a residence turned into a hotel...as per the price, the rooms are good. Each room has a kitchenette attached with basic cooking utensils and appliances. Room are well lit and ventilated. However location & accessibility is of concern....though outside Tezpur town....a few hundred meters off the Bhalukpong highway....it gives a homely peaceful vintage feel, with a quaint railway station just across a field. Overall good.

Had a one night stay at the homestay and the stay was super comfortable... Rooms were super clean and spacious . From the room we will getting views of trains . You can cook if u want all things that will be needed are there in the room . Music system tv are also there . So overall a very nice stay for us. Highly recommended

Saya's Abode is a great pit stop to get refreshed. Rooms are designed with lot of thought and functionality. It's provided with all the amenities one could need. We had a 3 nights stay out here, as we were touring Nameri and Bhalukpong area. Most of the guest houses were booked out, so this was like a last resort. Its an airbnb but there are lack of ammenities. The location is far from main town and also the main road. You need to have a car with you all the time. In our case we did not as we were doing break journey. There is a small kitchen however no fridge at the property. The convinience stores are more than 2 kms away. Its right next to Dekargaon train station, so if you are a light sleeper then wishing you luck. The trains honk past all night btw. The care takers and property owner are helpful with regards to figuring out transportation. We ended up having food poisioning from the 7/11 restaurent whose menu card was offered to us the first day of our visit. Actually thats the nearest eating joint. So have meals there at your own risk. We were a big group and still we found that there was not much space to hang our clothes etc. The curtains are very light, dosent block the light. We stayed in suite 3, which is on the ground floor.
