I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations based on your website and reviews, but the reality did not match.

One of the best hotel's at TEZPUR. With the best room at this price range. 100% recommended. The condition of the room is very good and the bathroom and toilet is also attached, and it is very neat and clean! The place is very quiet and peaceful.... Also it is near the road.... The staff is also well behaved

Rooms are okay at this price point, perfect for budget travellers. Service is really good, secured car parking available. Bathroom is fitted with western toilet and geyser. They provided a towel and one soap. Pls don't book non AC rooms in summer as rooms are a little bit congested with one small window facing the corridor. Location is also good. Will visit again

Worst decision ever to book room in this hotel. We two family booked two room in this hotel with extra charge for complimentary breakfast. Room: no ventilation, dirty, towel and bed sheet are stinking Food: they say that it's home cooked food but in reality they buy it's from road side eateries and serve it. Very bad taste. Even the cafeteria don't have chair or fan to eat Complimentary bf: they take charge and give 4 puri. No tea and they say this is all about break fast. Not safe place for family. A small 1000 sq feet area has been changed to hotel room. Full of smoke, alcohol smell. If there had been any rating below 0, this hotel will deserve that

Service was wrost I've ever seen in my life... Rooms are dirty, bed was wrost missing fraction of takhta. AC was making sound. Bathroom was very small... provided soap & towel. Missing lotion & toothpaste. Price was very high with respect to the facilities provided. Very greedy hotel manager. Increases price by his own. Never sticked to his own words. I paid 2500, 2000, and 3000 for the AC room whose condition was very bad... No wifi provided, Dish not recharged. Never contact to the manager, directly reach owner, who was good in his behaviour... Wrost place to be...

One of the best hotel for tourists our stay was just awesome,the hospitality was superb the rooms were neat and tidy the main highlight is the food it's just like we are having meal in our own home, nearest hotel to Airport and Railway station.Highly recommended.

Excellent ambience, rooms were clean and good Service was good ,food were really very tasty. Will get chance will visit again. Most importantly its very safe stay for family.
