The siam hotel and restaurant

Loved the dish, It was something new to our taste buds and we absolutely enjoyed it.. Hope you do better in the future. Really enjoyed the food quality, whenever we visit here.

I ordered Crispy baby corn from the menu which cost 250 INR and once they gave me the bill it was priced at 300 INR. When I asked them they said the one they cooked for me was not dry hence the 50 extra. That's ridiculous. So either you guys follow your menu or simply close down. I better not sue you next time!!

All food items are very delicious And hotel staffs are very polite and respectful behaviour A good environment too. All over according to the price The Siam hotel and restaurant is a budget friendly hotel for all categories people ....

I'm actually reviewing only for restaurant cos I haven't stayed overnight there.. Last Tuesday I had to come down to Sonari for some official work....I dont usually have non veg on Tuesdays..so it seems Mr Phukhon also avoids non veg on Tuesdays .. The Siam hotel is in the heart of Sonari just opposite famous Tupula bhat( another local restaurant of Tai Kgamyang style).. The Siam represents the upper end of restauranting in its elegance , ambiance , interior n pricing ( just for Sinari town).. Taste of food we ordered were very good I should compliment..freshly prepared and served.. We had handi paneer n mix Veg for two of us ..I usually dont eat Paneer but The Siam paneer seems fresh n tasty with it's locally source ingredients as they say.. You have TV which plays music of thy choice( perhaps it's noon and we got chance to do so) The best part is their service ..The staffs are well dressed and neat and clean..they seemed skilled they they serve food which can be seen as how they hold the serving spoon with their skilled fingers ( else in Assam this is missing in many good n fine dining restaurants too) All the guys from Golaghat were very nice..I even tipped 10% of bill n had photos with them Met with owner who is vet ambitious and has place to improve upon the ambience , sophistication n creating more luxurious interiors . As I had feeling this would be too much for Sonari which seems a strict small town ..while he has plans ie something different which is very welcoming..He wants people who come to Shivsagar n Moidams @Charaideo to make The Siam Hotel and restaurant a preferred destination ..He has more plans to do upon The Siam Restaurants n hotel.. Mr Siam is very friendly , mannered & cool person .. I wish him and his team all the best for his endeavours.. Ps: I saw his neat n clean rooms from outside ( so 5 stars ) but real review of hotel is dine when I shall stay there..

The food of the restaurant is very good.. Quantity is also good. All the staff are very Welcoming. Tends to every needs.. A good experience.
