Hotel Shiva Palace

Hotel is hopeless . In a double occupancy a/c room , there was no bathroom guiser . It was 309 . We couldn't take bath before check out in the morning . The toilet cistern was leaking all the time after flushed .

Very good behaviour of the staff. Very nice a good room. The food was awesome the pulao,butterchicken,butter naan,chicken lolipop. The hotel was looking very expensive but the cost of the room was very less with aa good room and service

The hotel is quite big with many no.s of rooms, some of which are spacious and some aren't. I stayed there in the month of December 2018 with one of my colleagues. Overall what I can give some feedbacks from my side are, 1. The bathroom was very unclean and was not properly maintained, in short it wasn't for guest lodging. 2. The room's design is quite indisciplined. You have to survive and adjust the things a lot to charge your mobile and laptop. 3. The response and behaviour of the reception stuffs was not good. But the room service guy who brought the food for us was good. 4. The foods on the other hand was very delicious (even I forgot to capture the photos :-p lol). 4. So, overall I am giving 2 star rating to this hotel based on my experiences. For a better understanding you can scroll down through my photos. Thanks.

Good hotel at an affordable cost. I love the appearance of the hotel, very attractive. But confirm the prices of the rooms by phone in advance, as in our case there were huge differences in price. Between Phone call and in hotel.

Very rude behavior towards the people. Staff ppl not organize.. Shows too much attitude towards the ppl. One day for this reason they will be closed.. Very bad hotel.. Not recommending u to stay here. They think above 6 yrs child can stay alone... Told us if u don't want u can leave.... Told that only 2 person in one bed can stay.... Not recommending this hotel....

Worst stay ever.. not recommending to anyone.. from the behaviour of the staff to room conditions,, everything was disgusting.. the geyser was not working. Washroom was not cleaned properly. The food we ordered was so overpriced.. very unpleasant experience..

Rooms are so so but the beds have bugs...found it out at midnight and without a sound sleep nothing is ok. PS I booked the executive AC room, if there is bugs in those don't know what will be the condition of the lower priced rooms. Prices a little above average. Overall the hotel ambience also doesn't have the feel good factor about it. Not staying here a second time.
