The rooms and the TV are small compared to the price . Feel cheated for what I paid. paid 2500 but feel like 900 room

One of best hotel in sivasagar district under Assam State, food is awesome quite expensive however compared with with quality food it's justified

We went on a weekend to the rooftop cafe, they were on low staff, had to order in the reception first, they heard the order wrong, the food was average but the portion size is very low according to the pricing, the place is good if u just want to chit chat with your friends but don't expect good food or good service, overpriced, that's what I'll say.

Two EV charging station at Hotel Picolo.

Their Dal Makhani was so tasty earlier but seems they are least interested in maintaining their quality of food. I just ordered two Dal Makhanis on Swiggy. There too they sent one bowl first. Again I had to experience a delay of half an hour... Then when I received the order, damn it tastes yuck... I mean they did not cook the dal properly, the garlic and ginger flavour were too sharp and they appeared in every morsel. Extremely disheartened by this.

The room is spacious and clean , friendly accommodation staff, Excellent service, stomach feel complementary breakfast, enjoyable and comfortable stay..I must visit again.I recommended this Hotel to my all group members ..Thank you team keep it up...

The rooms are quite not upto the mark given the price range. Pretty average amenities inside the room. Even proper charging mobile charging points haven't been provided. However, charger for Electric Vehicles are available. Food is pretty average too.

We were in Sivasagar just for a night and stayed at this property. The property is quite old but has legacy attached to it as they have put out that lot celebrities have stayed at this place in the past. Also, they are centrally located. ||The rooms are okay or should be said manageable but the washroom I felt was too small. Food was okay but little expensive and service was quite slow. A lady named Priya was helpful but overall it felt that lot of improvements in terms of service and property in general is definitely required. ||I think not lot of options are available in this city and as per that this hotel is doing okay.
