Hotel Kalita Palace

The best part of the service of the hotel is its staff, I personally felt it when I had to call the receptionist (acting for the manager) at an very early morning time as I had to suddenly check out. She never complained rather helped me. I have found other staff members also very polite and helpful

Totally unsatisfied. Very dirty and smelly bathroom. Bedsheet,pillow cover and blanket are dirty. Not provided basic things like toothpaste,lotion etc. As per their room tariff they could have provide such necessary things. Lastly please do not add breakfast as they just give only two pieces of bread and one omelette with the price. Pathetic.

Location is good.. Ample parking space.. Room size and amenities are also okay.. But one negative point overshadows all the good qualities. And that is cleanliness.. Rooms were smelling and the bathroom was so very dirty.. Management needs upgrading..

If you need a place to stay in Sivsagar, just choose this hotel blindly. The staff is friendly and respectful and the service is second to none. The hotel is clean and safe. We needed a vehicle to sightseeing, and the hotel went out of their way to make sure we got a vehicle and also had the best deal. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope people reading this, too.

Worst hotel The rooms were not clean... Bathroom was stinking.... We cannot change AC mode .. in whichever mode hotel people have kept we need to stay... They didn't even provide towels... We went to reception and took the towels.. One of my brother's room's geyser was not working... There were so many insects in the room.. I don't know from which hole they were coming in... Staff is not good... Coming to food Service is too bad... They took 1 hour to provide tomato soup, fried rice, jeera rice, noodles... One plus point is food was good Ladies staff are polite...

Lovely Hotel with a wonderful Restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you so much

So much disappointed about the behaviour of front desk staff. I came with my fiancee and they asked if we are a couple and start staring at my partner like a police to thief . I booked the room through online which they denied to take and asked me to cancel the booking and do it instant offline. And then they asked for hard copy of our ids when everything is digital these days and safe in digi locker approved by the government. Which they might never heard of it. As I am a tour operator since last 15 years, never ever experienced these kind of hospitality anywhere in the country . I request to the owner of the hotel to maintain their staff with good manner and minimum quality of hospitality at least Specially in this business.

This review is specially to the owner of the hotel. What a dirty hotel. Don't you come and check the hotel. Everywhere stain. Bathroom dirty,windows dirty, staircase horrible,mate smelly. No kettle to boil. Uncivilized manager. Very bad hotel. In this way your hotel will not last to many days .
