Hotel Holiday Palace

Rooms were nice, problem was no clean water or no water at all had to wait 1 hour for water to come. No breakfast available before 9am also they dont open the main gate in the early morning all staffs sleeping around 7am looks like a dead place to me current went at midnight and food was also not okay. Ordered manchurian once and it was expired. Roaches and insects in the restaurant. Not cleans for ages as if. Not recommended for family vacation

Don't think just come and stay here this hotel is couple friendly..the owner and all staff members are good behaviour. Thank you so much hotel holiday place and to the all staffs

I visited this hotel in the month of October, 2019. This hotel is situated about 500 meters straight away from ASTC, Sibsagar. I am giving 5 star rating based on following- 1. It's super clean. The beds, sofa, floor, bathroom etc all are very clean. 2. The rooms are enough spacious. Two people can easily accommodate on a single booking room. 3. The stuffs are very supportive. 4. Items such as teamakers will help you getting the evening cup of tea. 5. The breakfast was simple yet delicious with complimentary options. 6. The rooms as well as the toilets are very clean and hygienic. Thanks for reading my review and happy staying !!

It's a good hotel in Sivasagar...!! Liked it more so, cos it had greater vegetarian tones...!! Didn't interact much with the staff there but the limited interaction was happily polite...!!! Tho the outside looks from the roadside looks a little shabby, but once you march in, the looks change for better...!! Rooms had good new Furniture... It was neat and clean...!! Washroom had fully functional fittings, like the showers and handshowers... The wall tiling was appealing, however, the floor tiling cud have been better to match the quality of wall tiling... AC was working well, all along the stay...!! Food served was tasty however the quantity cud have been more... Linen cud have been better... More cleaner...!! Hope to visit the place again if the standard remains the same...!!

Very lovely hotel. Staff extremely well behaved and professional. Very helpful and prompt service. Restaurant's food was nice and healthy. Hotel rooms comfortable with hot water in bathroom, complimentary soap and shampoo. They also provide electric kettle as well as tea bags and coffee packets so you can make your own teaor coffee!

Room wise its good. service is good. But in terms of parking..i would rate it 1/10. There is no shade parking..you have to park your vehicle outside, near the Main road, which is very risky because road condition is not good..its a narrow road with trucks and buses plying with speed

Excellent service and well maintained. I will have a life long pleasant memory attached to this hotel. It was my wedding day on 8th March 2019. Booked 5 rooms for 10 guests in this last minute as our original plan to stay in Nandanban resort was a big mistake. I bet this hotel would cost more than 3000 for cities like Guwahati but we got for 1200 INR in Goibibo. Exactly as described in picture. Good location and great room service. All of the Hotel staffs were very professional and well mannered. I would happily give 6 star should it be available... Holiday Palace, you saved my wedding.. !
