Sunny Villa Homestay & Guest House

I had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay. The owner was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The facilities were excellent - clean, well-maintained rooms with all the essential amenities provided. The service was prompt and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely atmosphere.

Okay let me type what you need to know about this place. I came from kolkata and stayed here for two days, this is my personal opinion on Sunny Villa: 1) Owner of this place is genuinely a nice guy. 2) I stayed in the cottage, trust me it's lavish with all the facilities that you need in it. 3) Food is great. 4) Couple friendly. 5) Ambiance is superb. 6) Local transport easily available just outside Sunny Villa.

I stayed with my family in Room No. 105 at Sunny Villa on the 7th and 8th of April. The environment was beautiful--very clean and peaceful. It felt just like staying at home. This was my first experience staying away from home like this, and it was truly amazing. The staff were also very kind and helpful; whenever there was any issue, they tried to solve it immediately. The price wasn't too high--we had booked the entire cottage (Room 105), and there were other rooms available as well. Compared to hotels, I think this is a better option for families of 5-6 members. If I visit Sivasagar again, I would definitely love to stay there once more. Sunny Villa Homestay is a place that will always stay in my heart, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, homely, and peaceful environment. Thank you From Tezpur.

The location is very far from the main town, Home stay campus is good ,room size is big but room light was very dim, bathroom is just average, most important toilet jet spray was on left side which was very inconvenient to use. Food was cold and quality was just average.Care taker is just a dummy person.Not happy with the price I paid for the room.

Definitely a great place to stay in Sivasagar. Neat and clean property, rooms are very spacious and comfort. Kitchen is also available with utensils for own cooking. Need few improvement in services, such as geyser not available in our room, windows are not properly closed, mattress of single bed is way too hard. Very limited food options. Otherwise a nice property for a night or two.

A lovely homestay, with clean and aesthetic rooms, the hosts will make you feel what we call " home away from home" , I highly recommend this place for an experience which is fulfilling in so many levels.

Wonderful guesthouse, very friendly and cozy, clean and very nice people. Good food and Great location, we came to stay twice and can highly recommemd it
