Rooms are big but dirty. All things have been used for decades. Staff tries to be friendly but is more incompetent than anything else. Not their fault. I guess the owner is too cheap to hire someone with experience.

One of the worst services I have ever experienced in my life. They have become a mini jail with their own rule book and by any means they won't consider you if you don't fit within their rules. Even if you come from far apart, they have no sympathy at all. They are ready to kick you out even if you are in the middle of the night. I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel. Book at your own risk, because first of all you won't get to know anything about their rules and if you don't fit , then they are ready to cancel your booking, but never ready to consider your check-in. Neither their receptionist nor even their main owner is ready to listen to you. They just run with their own will. They even don't have manners to speak with people. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Edits: The situation was so that I was the only boy with my 2 sisters. To mention correctly, One sister was blood related to me but the other was not. Just for this reason that the other sister was not blood related and had a different surname then mine, they didn't allow us to check-in. To clarify more about our situation. Both of my sisters had exams the immediate next day and thus, we were in a very tough situation in a new city. In spite of showing them the admit cards of my sisters too, they didn't consider the check-in.

Stayed here for 3 nights till I was allotted a hostel room in my college The hotel is at a great location being close to Goldighi Mall and thus well connected to the town. The rooms are okay. Washrooms are clean and more spacious compared to many hotels in that range There is no lift. Rooms are available 2nd floor onwards The staff are rarely available on the desk, though they are well behaved and friendly There is no restaurant facility. A menu card of a nearby restaurant is provided for meal delivery. Good restaurants are available around the place though A humongous scope of improvement is prevalent for a hotel in such a location and for the cost of stay

Blankets and clothes provided were not up to the mark. Needs improvement in this part. The wash room is neat and clean. The staff is cooperative and gentle. The price is high compared to the facilities provided.

Absolutely horrible experience. I wasn't even allowed to check-in my room despite having a reservation. "Also i had an exam the very next day".The staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. A complete waste of time. Avoid this place!

As per telephonic conversation with the Manager Mr Dutta, one thing I can assure you he is very friendly and that is the most important thing in a new place. He will try his level best to solve all your demand and Quaries. As per quality perspective it can vary from person to person. It's a very budget friendly and value for money hotel. Regards

This hotel has the worst service. Despite following all their rules and regulations, we were told it wasn't their policy and didn't allowed to check in. The staff had no humanity even after our many plead that we had an imp exam the very next day. A complete disappointment. Avoid this place!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed, rooms are very old, walls having fungus. They don't provide proper bills, if someone wats to checkin early morning, they charge for earlier day's teriff also. I checked out on 27th evening at 9, but the owner has instructed the nonsense receptionist not to provide the bill dated on 27th, they have given the bill dated on 28th November 2022. I have very bad experience with this hotel & stongly recommend others NOT to stay here. Room is full of mosquitoes, couldn't sleep properly.
