Though it was a one night stay I found the resort quite a good stay within the price range. The rooms are large & equipped with the modern day's amenities. Washroom is also spacious & equipped with all the necessary amenities. The most beautiful thing is the garden with a beautiful fountain & lots of greenery. Lots of areas to intake the fresh air. Lastly the staff are very helpful, & professional. Overall it's a very good place to stay.

Apart from the ambience and beauty of this place, customer service is too slow and the workers there are not at all well trained in hospitality and management. That's all. Food is decent. And architecture is beautiful. No doubt. But what we expect from the place is good service. They don't even ask for and bring water without asking. There are flies flying all around the dining tables. Kindly try improving these.
Great experience with this hotel very good behaviour of all stuffs. And service also good. The best thing is the food. It was too delicious i love it.Entry Fees- Rs.200/- per person. Which can be adjusted with Hotel services (Who Come For Dinning
Sagarika Resort offers a beautiful ambiance with a peaceful and well-maintained environment, making it a great place for relaxation. The staff are courteous and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors. Cleanliness is well taken care of, both in the dining areas and the overall resort premises. The menu features a wide range of dishes, and the food tastes good, especially the Starters. However, the pricing is extremely high compared to the experience it delivers. For instance, Tandoori Chicken costs 950 + 18% GST (171), bringing the total to 1121 for just 8 pieces of chicken with 3 small naan as a complementary addition. Similarly, all dishes are quite expensive, but the taste of the main course doesn't justify the price. Additionally, there are extra charges to consider. To enter the resort, you need to buy a 200 ticket, which is adjustable in the final bill, but still an added cost upfront. Moreover, using the swimming pool requires a separate payment, which can be disappointing for those expecting an all-inclusive experience. Overall, Sagarika Resort excels in ambiance, cleanliness, and service, but the high prices and extra charges make it less value-for-money. If you're visiting for the experience rather than affordability, it might still be worth a try.
Sagarika Resort in Rongpur, Silchar, offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The resort features spacious rooms equipped with contemporary facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The ambiance is serene, with well-maintained surroundings that enhance the overall experience. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of cuisines, catering to different tastes. The resort's expansive layout provides ample space for relaxation, though the distance between rooms and dining areas may require some walking. Located away from the city's hustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. A great destination for those seeking comfort, good food, and a refreshing getaway.
At first glance, the place looks ok compared to other places in Silchar. A lot of effort and money has been invested into the place but not in the right way. I was there with my family for dinner. The restaurant was full of mosquitoes and flies. The table we were sitting at was broken so we moved to the next table available. The food at the restaurant was stale and bland. The service was super slow. There were no salt and pepper shakers on the table which is very strange. The washrooms were super dirty. Overall the only good thing about the evening was that we could get some nice pictures. The next morning I had diarrhea so eat at your own risk!!
My stay at Sagorika Resort was wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort's environment was peaceful, perfect for relaxation, and the food was also delicious. I highly recommend Sagorika Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay
This resort is not worth its stars. Payment by bank card is possible but the owner charges a 20% surcharge, so only accepts cash. An extra fee is charged for the swimming pool and in terms of hygiene it looks more like a fish pond. There are cockroaches running around and it is very noisy. Also the building quality is verry poor, with big cracks and leakages.
